Vemma Juice, also known as Vemma Mangosteen Juice, is full of natural antioxidants, but the juice imparts more than antioxidant support. The official website lists all ingredients and gives nutritional information for the juice. The company also sells Vemma Juice directly from the website. Antioxidants are important for fighting free radicals, but the other ingredients offer a deeper insight into the power of Vemma Juice.

Product Features

The initial three ingredients tell us everything we need to known about Vemma Juice. Aside from the antioxidant rich mangosteen, there is aloe vera and green tea extract. Aloe vera is a natural laxative that increases bowel movements by lubricating the intestines. Lubrication comes in the form of water, which many laxatives pull from the body increasing the risk of dehydration. When use of intestinal muscles is lessened with laxative use, they can grow lazy making it harder to have normal bowel movements without the use of a laxative.

The green tea blend is a fantastic ingredient for weight loss and antioxidant support, but there is a slight problem with Vemma Juice. We have no idea how much green tea is included in the blend. Clinical research states 300 to 350 mg is ideal for increasing metabolism and burning fat.

Vemma Juice retails for $60 for a one-month supply. The user takes four tablespoons every day adding a mere 35 calories to the diet. While the calorie count is low, there is no proven weight loss benefits associated with Vemma Juice.

Advantages

  • Ingredients and nutritional information is listed on the official website.
  • The company sells Vemma Juice directly.
  • Contains only 35 calories per serving.
  • Rich in antioxidants.
  • Contains green tea.

Disadvantages

  • Expensive for antioxidant support.
  • Unknown amount of green tea is added.
  • No thermogenic ingredients.

Conclusion

Vemma Juice may provide decent antioxidant support, but the effect of green tea for dieters is unknown. The company should have listed how much green tea, or EGCG, is available in each serving to promote weight loss benefits. As it is, the only support Vemma Juice provides for the dieter is antioxidant support.
