Vita Belly is a multivitamin that claims to support weight loss with antioxidants. We could not find an official website for Vita Belly, but we did find a nutritional label listing all ingredients in the formula. We also found a few customer complaints that Vita Belly increased hunger, which could be a huge problem for dieters.

Product Features

The ingredient list for Vita Belly leaves much to be desired. There is 100 mg of green tea extract per serving, but the supplement is taken only once per day and the recommended amount of green tea for weight loss is much higher than 100 mg. Other than the green tea, the supplement offers no proven weight loss ingredients, but it does provide the antioxidant support customers refer to in forum reviews.

Acai is a strong antioxidant, but acai is often marketed as a fat burner and appetite suppressant. This superfruit does not increase metabolism or reduce hunger. It will, however, help the body fight free radical damage, which could have an anti-aging effect. This effect is the same across all antioxidants. Green tea is one of the only antioxidants proven to boost metabolism and, again, this supplement does not contain enough.

Vita Belly is sold through the Belly Fat Free company. Belly Fat Free produces Vita Belly, and other supplements in the line, in Las Vegas, NV.

  • A complete list of ingredients is published on the official Vita Belly website.
  • Contains strong antioxidants.
  • Contains green tea.
  • Supplies all the vitamins and minerals of a multivitamin.

  • There is not enough green tea in the supplement to boost metabolism.
  • Some customers complain of increased hunger after taking Vita Belly.

We are not thrilled with Vita Belly. The supplement does not contain the ingredients needed to increase metabolism, but it does contain a strong mixture of vitamins and minerals. If a dieter is looking for a multivitamin to take in addition to a fat burner or other weight loss supplement, Vita Belly could work. It is important to note that increased hunger is a negative side effect in terms of weight loss. Dieters do not want to increase hunger, they want to decrease hunger. If Vita Belly increases hunger, it is best to stop taking the multivitamin.
