X Factor Advanced Review
What You Should Know
X Factor Advanced supports muscle growth through a growth plateau. Every bodybuilder has noticed a lengthy time when muscle just didn’t seem to be building. Bodybuilding is the same as weight loss in this way. When the muscle refuses to grow, X Factor Advanced claims to come in and boost growth, but the ingredient list doesn’t look like much. We are pretty certain the ingredients in X Factor Advanced will support cardiovascular health, but we are not too sure about muscle growth and breaking that growth plateau.
List of Ingredients
Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Potassium and Selenium.
X Factor Advanced Proprietary Anabolic Formula: Arachidonic Acid Oil, Omega 3 Concentrated Fish Oil and Boswellia Serrata Resin.
The first thing we noticed about the ingredient list for X Factor Advanced was the omega 3 fish oil. Omega 3 fatty acids are very important for cardiovascular health, but we are not sold on the claim that they will boost muscle growth out of a plateau. Arachidonic Acid Oil is an omega 6 fatty acid. The human diet contains more than enough omega 6, so this is not a supplement anyone needs.
The final ingredient is boswellia serrata. We found lots of great information on this ingredient. In supplement form, boswellia is used to fight inflammation. Inflammation may be a problem for some bodybuilders, but it is not likely the problem causing muscle growth to stall.
X Factor Advanced is not the “X-factor” a bodybuilder is looking for to stump the competition. The fatty acid supplement contains an anti-inflammatory. Interestingly enough, fatty acids often have anti-inflammatory effects as well.
- We easily found information about the supplement and a complete list of ingredients.
- Contains fatty acids to support heart health.
- Does not appear to have any negative side effects.
- Sold online from various retailers.
- Does not appear to contain any ingredients to break a muscle growth plateau.
- People with heart disease are warned not to take the supplement.
- Should be taken for 50 days then cycled off for 50 days.
- Could contain heavy metals.
The whole reason most people take fatty acid supplements is to support heart health, but the warning associated with X Factor Advanced claims people with heart problems cannot take this supplement. There is something this company is hiding and we are not thrilled that a fatty acid supplement is considered unsafe for so many people. There is also the problem of cycling. Unless there are heavy metals in the formula, there is no need to cycle fatty acids. We suggest bodybuilders and dieters skip X Factor Advanced and choose a different supplement for muscle growth support.
