Xenadrine Results Review - Does This Fat Burner Work? Are ineffectiveness and side effects deal breakers?

Editor's Review: 3.5 / 5.0

pGNC1-6427535dtWhy are people talking about Xenadrine Results? We decided to take a close look at ingredients, side effects, clinical research and quality of customer service. Additionally, we͛ll analyze hundreds of consumer comments and reviews. Then, we͛ll condense and summarize to give you the info you need.

EDITOR'S TIP: Substitute Xenadrine Results with a proven fat burner such as Leptigen for better results.

What You Need to Know

First off, Xenadrine Results is a fat burning supplement containing caffeine, l-theanine, yohimbe bark, l-carnitine, white willow bark, frauenmantle leaf, wild olive leaf, cormino seed and horsemint leaf. The recommended serving is two capsules per day, which supposedly supports weight-loss. Dieters can take the pill on the go, one benefit.

The product, introduced as a fat burner by Cytodyne Technologies, now Cytogenix Laboratories, sometime around 1997, appears to include a few natural ingredients, a good thing. The supplement isn͛t available to purchase on the official website. You can only buy it through trusted retailers. We like that the company has been in business for more than 15 years and that we located some positive customer comments, but read on…

Ineffective –͞No Weight-Loss?͟

The first concern about Xenadrine Results ingredients was ineffectiveness. ͞The dieter wants to lose weight when they take a supplement,͟ said our Research Editor. ͞It seems silly to keep taking a product that doesn͛t offer any benefits.͟

͞I did not find this product to be as effective. Appetite was not suppressed,͟ stated a user.

͞I have been taking it for about a month, cannot see that it is helping at all,͟ commented a customer.

FDA Warnings –͞Issues?͟

The Food and Drug Administration contacted Cytodyne Technologies in December of 2003 about the inclusion of ephedra in supplements. The purpose of the letter was to note the potential risk associated with the ingredient. The company has since changed the formula.

Side Effects –͞Buzzing Like a Bee!͟

Dieters using the supplement reported Xenadrine Results side effects included a shaky feeling. ͞I expected more from this product. All I got was a caffeine buzz including jitters, sweating, increased heart rate, anxiousness. This gives me such a buzz that I have a hard time even writing legibly. Beware,͟commented a customer.

͞I get this jittery feeling in my stomach and feel ͚cracked out͛,͟ reported a dieter.

͞These made me so sick. I followed the directions and decided to give up because they made me so sick and gave me killer headaches. I also felt very dizzy/lightheaded,͟ said a consumer.

Throughout our research, we͛ve concluded that a small part of a product, like side effects, couldhinder long-term success. If Xenadrine Results causes harmful reactions, as claimed by dieters, this could become a problem.

Is it Scientifically Proven?

The official Xenadrine Results website states the formula is ͞clinically researched͟, but the company doesn͛t provide links to the science. At DietSpotlight, we need published scientific studies to suggest a supplement. If a company only offers claims without proof, we feel the need to walk away.

The Bottom Line – Does Xenadrine Results Work?

We͛ve taken a closer look at Xenadrine Results and here͛s what we found. We like that the company has been in business for years and that we located some positive customer comments, but we͛re concerned because there͛s no published clinical research supporting weight-loss claims. Dieters may
also want to take into consideration that the supplement may be ineffective and it could be associated with negative side effects.

If you͛re ready to shed those extra pounds, we suggest trying out a supplement backed by published scientific research that͛s both effective and free of side effects.

Among the best products we͛ve come across in 2015 is one called Leptigen. The formula consists of a four-ingredient proprietary blend, which has been shown in published studies to help with getting your metabolism going and boosting fat loss. Based on customer reviews, dieters are seeing excellent results, and no one is talking about negative side effects.

Also, the company that makes Leptigen is so confident in the product, they͛re providing a Special Trial Offer, a positive sign.

Xenadrine Results is the newest fat burner from one of the most trusted names in weight loss supplements. Despite the longevity of the Xenadrine company, we have some serious issues with this fat burner. All of the ingredients are included in proprietary blends, though the company is not afraid to reveal 180 mg of caffeine is supplied in each dose. On top of the proprietary blends and huge dose of caffeine is the fact that Xenadrine Results contains peanuts. There is no reason for a fat burner to contain one of the most dangerous food allergens. Dieters with a food allergy to peanuts should not take Xenadrine Results as it could cause a severe reaction.

Product Features

The product description for Xenadrine Results gives the basic storyline - dieters take the supplement and eat right and they lose weight. Xenadrine, much like Hydroxycut, likes to offer support from clinical studies but not include the link to where the studies are published. In this case, several of the core ingredients have been tested with amazing results. Dieters taking the key ingredients in LipoCore, a completely different supplement, were able to lose 21 pounds in just 12 weeks. The placebo group in the study only lost 2 pounds. We find this information slightly hard to digest because there is no link to the study and the supplement named in the study is not Xenadrine Results. The core ingredients, according to the study, are Frauenmantle, Wild Olive Leaf, Cormino and Horsemint. We could not find any information on a LipoCore supplement with these ingredients. Caffeine is the only proven ingredient in this formula. With 180 mg of caffeine, however, the average dieter will feel jittery and nervous after taking this supplement just once, let alone more than once per day. Caffeine takes 12 hours to push out of the system so this supplement should not be taken within 6 to 10 hours of bedtime.
