What You Should Know
Xenadrine RFA-X claims that it is “the gold standard for all fat burners.” Bearing this in mind, it is made by the same company that produces Xenadrine EFX and was prosecuted for filing false claims about the product and faking testimonials by bribing users with cash to give a good report. It was proven that those who took a placebo lost more weight than those that were taking the actual product. Like many other weight loss supplements, the manufacturers of this product claim that it can suppress the appetite and reduce hunger cravings. It is also reported to boost the metabolism.
Tyroplex (proprietary blend of l-tyrosine and acetyl-l-tyrosine), Green Tea Extract, (standardized for epigallocatechin gallate, caffeine and polyphenols,) Seropro (proprietary cocoa extract standardized for PEA [phenylethylamine], tyramine and theobromine), Yerba Mate (standardized for caffeine and methylxanthines), Guarana (standardized for theophyline), Calcium Tribasic, dl-Methionine, L-Theanine, Ginger Root (standardized for gingerols), Isotherm (proprietary blend of 3,3′,4′,5-7 pentahydroxyflavone and 3, 3′,4′,7-tetrahyroxyflavone), DMAE (2-dimethylaminoethanol) and Grape Seed Extract (standardized for catechins).
Xenadrine RFA-X has a very similar formulation to the popular product, Hydroxycut. Both products use a lot of amino acids, stimulants, and antioxidants. Guarana and Yerba Mate are both fairly powerful stimulants that will speed up your central nervous system and give you a noticeable energy boost. Grape seed extract and green tea are both antioxidants that may give your metabolism a slight boost.
The one thing you notice right away about Xenadrine RFA-X is that it seems to be lacking any kind of appetite suppressant. We have found that the best weight loss products include an appetite suppressant such as Hoodia but sometimes stimulants can help reduce your appetite as well.
- Xenadrine RFA-X contains anti-oxidants.
- The manufacturer is well known for its Hydroxycut line.
- Xenadrine has been in trouble for paying people for good testimonials.
- This product contains numerous stimulants.
- This product was featured on 20/20, a popular news program, as a scam.
Xenadrine RFA-X may work alright if you do not mind a bunch of stimulants in your weight loss products and only need to drop a couple of pounds. We are a little baffled as to why the manufacturer would pay people to create false testimonials if their product really works so we cannot recommend it at this time. Honesty by the manufacturer is extremely important when it comes to any type of product you ingest so make sure to do your research.
