XLS Medical is a line of three weight loss supplement that bind fat, block carbohydrates and reduce hunger. The official website claims the supplements are best taken with a healthy diet to improve overall weight loss results. Any weight loss supplement or weight loss program, for that matter, should be used in conjunction with healthy lifestyle changes. An unhealthy lifestyle likely caused weight gain in the first place and a supplement only works as a patch if lifestyle changes aren’t implemented to keep the weight off.

The official XLS Medical website looks like a medical or prescription website. The company behind the supplement clearly spent a lot of time and money designing the site, but no amount of money can change the effectiveness of a supplement’s ingredients.

Product Features

The ingredient lists for XLS Medical’s supplements may not be complete. We found reference to the main ingredient in each of the supplements, but the wording claims the supplements contain these ingredients, but it does not say they are the only ingredients in the formulas.

The XLS Medical Fat Binder contains Litramine – a cactus fiber that binds to fats, according to the official website. No clinical studies proving fat binding effects are listed on the site.

The XLS Medical Carb Blocker contains PhaseLite – white kidney bean extract. There is some clinical support for this ingredient, but none is listed on the official site.

The XLS Medical Appetite Reducer contains Redusure – a water-soluble fiber also known as glucomannan. Again, no clinical studies are listed.

All three main ingredients are patented by the same company, InQPharm. We are not sure if this is just a coincidence or if the product manufacturer is associated with InQPharm.

  • Some ingredients are listed online.
  • All of the listed ingredients are safe.
  • There is some clinical support for all of the ingredients.

  • The three supplements could be combined into one supplement for better effectiveness.
  • Dieters are supposed to choose between the three using a survey.
  • We couldn’t find a way to purchase the supplements.

XLS Medical offers a detailed website with diet plans and tips to lose more weight, but there is no link where customers can purchase the supplements. The listed ingredients are relatively safe, but we have no idea if there are additional ingredients in any of the formulas. As it stands, we would suggest dieters seek out proven weight loss supplements rather than a product that addresses just one aspect of weight loss.
