Xphedrine Pro Diet Review - Does This Fat Burner Really Work?

By Summer Banks on Nov 03, 2016
Xphedrine Pro Diet Review

The results of my research into Xphedrine Pro Diet were somewhat surprising. We at DietSpotlight did one of our in-depth reviews, examining the ingredients, side effects, clinical research and customer-service quality. Plus we read dozens of user comments from all over the internet. Lastly, we summarized and compacted all of the facts and details in order to give you the bottom line.

EDITOR'S TIP:

What is Xphedrine Pro Diet?

First of all, Xphedrine Pro Diet is advertised as a “rapid weight-loss formula.” It contains African mango, raspberry ketones, caffeine anhydrous, green tea, white kidney bean extract, synephrine hcl, green coffee bean, capsicum, olive leaf, chromium and goji berry. This diet product is claimed to boost calorie burning, block the absorption of carbohydrates, increase energy levels, elevate metabolism and control your appetite and food cravings. The directions say to take 1-2 rapid-release capsules 30-45 minutes prior to each meal (with a glass of water). A calorie reduced diet plan and regular exercise are encouraged.

It’s unclear when Xphedrine Pro Diet was originally released. However, this supplement is made by Quest Products. This company is located in Gurnee, IL. This weight-loss formula comes in the form of a rapid release capsule. Also, you are encouraged to drink eight glasses of water daily, but read on…

Fad Ingredients – “Something To Consider?”

One concern we have is with Xphedrine Pro Diet ingredients. “This diet supplement contains extracts such as raspberry ketones, goji berry and olive leaf, which have not been shown to aid with weight-loss,” says our Research Editor.

One customer stated, “Total waste of money. Xphedrine Pro Diet did nothing for me at all. Pretty sad considering I took six capsules a day.”

However, a different user commented, “I think it reduces food cravings. I eat less while taking it.”

Another posted, “It’s okay I guess. No miracles here. But I have not experienced Xphedrine Pro Diet side effects either.”

Lack of Availability – “May Be Discontinued”

Another issue is lack of availability. It appears that this diet formula has been discontinued. One customer said, “I think Xphedrine Pro Diet was pulled from the market. Not available anywhere online anymore.”

Then again, a different person revealed, “Found Xphedrine Pro Diet on a drugstore website. No results at all so far.”

“Used the entire bottle. I still weigh the exact same. Oh well,” mentioned another.

Our research has shown if there is some particular part of a diet product or weight-loss formula that is especially troublesome (fad ingredients, lack of availability, side effects) the chances of real results that last are not very good. Therefore if Xphedrine Pro Diet is difficult for most people to find online and in stores, this could be a serious issue.

The Science – “Is It Solid?”

Sadly we did not find any clinical study results posted on the web to support Xphedrine Pro Diet in particular. However, this supplement does contain green tea and caffeine. Together these ingredients may help elevate metabolism. But, we at DietSpotlight would prefer to see some solid research presented with this weight-loss formula as well.

The Bottom Line – Does Xphedrine Pro Diet Work?

Now the moment you’ve been waiting for. This is our bottom line on Xphedrine Pro Diet. To start, we like that this supplement contains various natural ingredients. We also appreciate that it’s easy to use anywhere. Then again, we have some reservations about this product because it contains some key components that have not been shown to aid with weight reduction or fat loss. Also, we’re concerned about this supplement’s lack of availability.

If you’d like to drop more weight, then we encourage you to go with a product that does not rely on any fad supplement ingredients, is supported by positive user reviews and is easy to buy online.

Among the best products we’ve seen in 2016 is one called Leptigen. Its formula is a powerful blend of four ingredients, which have been shown in published clinical research to help accelerate fat loss and spark metabolism. Also, we have not discovered any negative user comments, and the feedback posted online shows people are seeing wonderful results.

The makers of Leptigen are so confident in their product they’re offering a Special Trial Offer, which is very encouraging.

How Does Xphedrine Pro Diet Compare?

Previous Xphedrine Pro Diet Review (Updated August 12, 2013):

What You Should Know

Xphedrine Pro Diet is a fat burner currently sold on GNC. The ingredient label looks like the company researched every popular ingredient currently being used in weight loss supplements and threw them all together to create one product. There are a few proven ingredients in the mix, but contrary to supplement company belief, packing tons of ingredients into the supplement does not make the supplement more effective because there is little chance there is enough of each ingredient added to have much of an effect. Xphedrine Pro Diet is relatively inexpensive at $32 per bottle, but the supplement is new so there are no reviews on GNC’s website as of this time.

Product Features

The Xphedrine Pro Diet supplement ingredient list is broken into complexes. These complexes give the dieter a general idea how the ingredients work. For instance, the ThermoBoost Complex aims to boost metabolism or thermogenesis. The Lipodrine Complex aims to address fat with the aid of a natural fat blocker and the Thermodrine Complex is packed with antioxidants and the popular raspberry ketones and African mango extracts commonly found in new supplements today. The ingredient list, though plagued with useless ingredients, does have a few shining points. Green tea extract is a strong thermogenic ingredient with proven fat burning potential. Dieters need to take the clinically proven amounts for optimum efficacy, but we have no idea how much of the complex is made up of green tea. There is also some caffeine in the mix, but only 66 mg per serving. Capsicum annuum in the Lipodrine Complex is a hot pepper or chili pepper extract. There is some clinical support for this ingredient in terms of weight loss, though again we are left wondering just how much is included in the Xphedrine Pro Diet formula. Rounding out the ingredient list is a slew of antioxidants. While antioxidants do not directly support weight loss or increase metabolism, they do help keep the body healthy during weight loss. Increasing metabolism with other ingredients like green tea and caffeine could cause an increase in oxidant production or free radicals. Antioxidants help keep free radicals at bay.

Advantages

  • All ingredients are listed online.
  • Xphedrine Pro Diet is less expensive than comparable fat burners.

Disadvantages

  • There are some dangerous ingredients in the mix – synephrine and phenylalamine.
  • All ingredients are packed into a proprietary blend.

Conclusion

Xphedrine Pro Diet may be a safe and effective diet supplement, for some dieters, but the lack of transparency in terms of ingredient amounts leave the dieter wondering just how much of the effective, and in some cases potentially dangerous, ingredients they are taking.
