Xphedrine Pro Diet Review
What You Should Know
Xphedrine Pro Diet is a fat burner currently sold on GNC. The ingredient label looks like the company researched every popular ingredient currently being used in weight loss supplements and threw them all together to create one product. There are a few proven ingredients in the mix, but contrary to supplement company belief, packing tons of ingredients into the supplement does not make the supplement more effective because there is little chance there is enough of each ingredient added to have much of an effect.
Xphedrine Pro Diet is relatively inexpensive at $32 per bottle, but the supplement is new so there are no reviews on GNC’s website as of this time.

The Xphedrine Pro Diet supplement ingredient list is broken into complexes. These complexes give the dieter a general idea how the ingredients work. For instance, the ThermoBoost Complex aims to boost metabolism or thermogenesis. The Lipodrine Complex aims to address fat with the aid of a natural fat blocker and the Thermodrine Complex is packed with antioxidants and the popular raspberry ketones and African mango extracts commonly found in new supplements today.
The ingredient list, though plagued with useless ingredients, does have a few shining points. Green tea extract is a strong thermogenic ingredient with proven fat burning potential. Dieters need to take the clinically proven amounts for optimum efficacy, but we have no idea how much of the complex is made up of green tea. There is also some caffeine in the mix, but only 66 mg per serving.
Capsicum annuum in the Lipodrine Complex is a hot pepper or chili pepper extract. There is some clinical support for this ingredient in terms of weight loss, though again we are left wondering just how much is included in the Xphedrine Pro Diet formula.
Rounding out the ingredient list is a slew of antioxidants. While antioxidants do not directly support weight loss or increase metabolism, they do help keep the body healthy during weight loss. Increasing metabolism with other ingredients like green tea and caffeine could cause an increase in oxidant production or free radicals. Antioxidants help keep free radicals at bay.
- All ingredients are listed online.
- Xphedrine Pro Diet is less expensive than comparable fat burners.
- There are some dangerous ingredients in the mix – synephrine and phenylalamine.
- All ingredients are packed into a proprietary blend.
Xphedrine Pro Diet may be a safe and effective diet supplement, for some dieters, but the lack of transparency in terms of ingredient amounts leave the dieter wondering just how much of the effective, and in some cases potentially dangerous, ingredients they are taking.
