Conclusion

In a similar fashion to many other diet supplements, Xtreme Rampage is marketed as a solution to excess fat and low energy levels. Unfortunately the key ingredients offered in this product may not do all that they’re claimed to do. One issue that must be addressed is the caffeine. While it’s often touted as an energy-boosting component, it’s generally not recommended by medical professionals since it can cause jitteriness, high blood pressure and draw water from the user’s muscles. It would be helpful to see a money-back guarantee offered with this diet/energy product, in addition to a few testimonials.

I am 5′ even, at one point I was up to 147lbs, which doesn’t sound bad, but when you are 5 feet tall it is quite a bit. My proper weight for my height should be around 105-110. It took me about 10 months to lose 45lbs. Although I did succeed I actually slacked off for about a year after I lost the weight and I have now gained some of it back. I’m currently at 135 and I am trying to get back to the 110-115 range, but since I only started this week I don’t know how long it will take yet.
