Xyience Seven Review
What You Should Know
Xyience Seven is a fat burner designed for women. The supplement claims to increase energy and decrease fatigue, which are one in the same. The supplement also increases metabolism, decreases water weight and helps control appetite. Now that’s more like a diet supplement. The ingredient list often tells a completely different story than the product description, so we’re interested to see what Xyience has up their proverbial sleeve with this one.
List of Ingredients
- B Vitamins
- Green Tea Extract
- Clary Sage Extract
- Cranberry Juice
- Uva Ursi Extract
- Chasteberry Extract
The ingredient list for Xyience Seven is not the strongest on the market. There are some rays of hope, however. Green tea extract and caffeine are proven to increase energy and metabolism. There are no clinical studies cited but clinical studies exist to support these ingredients. We’d love to say there are more proven ingredients, but those are the only two.
Cranberry juice, dandelion and uva ursi extract are all diuretics. Diuretics are commonly used to increase urination and flush excess water out of the body. These ingredients should not be used long-term as they can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. When using a diet supplement with diuretics, it is best to contact your doctor if you are currently taking prescription medications. Diuretics can interfere with absorption of medications and other supplements.
Theobromine is listed as a mood-altering/hormone-balancing ingredient. Theobromine contains a natural stimulant but that has nothing to do with mood. If Theobromine does alter mood, this supplement is not safe for people who currently take prescription medications for depression, anxiety or other psychiatric condition.
- Ingredients are listed online.
- The product description explains how some of the ingredients work.
- Caffeine and green tea are proven to boost metabolism.
- Only two ingredients in the formula are proven.
- There is no mention of how much caffeine is included.
- The dieter may have negative reactions to diuretics and theobromine.
While Xyience Seven seems innocent enough, there are ingredients included in the formula that should not be used long-term for weight loss purposes. There is also the possible interaction with prescription mood-altering medications.
We suggest choosing a fat burner that is safe for everyone. Green tea and caffeine are safe and proven, in the right quantities. This supplement says it is designed for women, but none of the ingredients supports women gaining benefit over men.
