Zion Shredex Review
What You Should Know
Zion Shredex is a fat burner that claims to do exactly what it says it will do – get you shredded. By shredded the company means it will help you increase weight loss and fat burn so your muscles will show through the skin. Supplements in this category are not necessarily for the average dieter trying to lose a bunch of weight. There is no way a supplement will shred a dieter with 50 pounds to lose. However, the ingredient does contain ingredients commonly used in safe and effective fat burners. It’s too bad those ingredients are paired with potentially dangerous ingredients.
We did not notice a place to order Zion Shredex or any other supplement on the site. We assume there is a way to order the supplements, but the entire website is nothing more than fancy moving pages.
List of Ingredients
- 1, 3, 7 Trimethylxanthine
- Methyl Synephrine
- White Willow Bark Extract
- Thiamine HCL
- N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine
- Uva Ursi
- Ginger Root Extract
- 1, 3 Dimethylamylamine
All ingredients in Zion Shredex are in a proprietary blend. That means the company gives the dieter the total amount of all the ingredients combined, but you have no idea how much of each ingredient is included. The first ingredient is included in the heaviest dose – but that’s doesn’t mean a heavier dose is stronger than a lighter dose of a stronger ingredient.
Trimethylxanthine is caffeine. Caffeine is proven to boost metabolism and energy. Methyl synephrine is another stimulant. This one is similar to ephedra in side effects, but it does not have the proven fat burning effect of synephrine.
Moving down the list a bit we find uva ursi – a diuretic. Diuretics are okay if the dieter is having trouble with water retention, but not as a weight loss ingredient. Finally, there is 1, 3 dimethylamylamine. This is another stimulant, but this time the stimulant is associated with negative side effects; particularly heart palpitations.
