What You Should Know
Zombie Survival Can is a novelty energy drink sold in Hot Topic stores and other specialty shops in the US. The can gives the buyer instructions on how to survive a zombie apocalypse. Though the Zombie Survival Can is fun to look at, the ingredients in the can are what we are after. We found no official website, but we did find several websites offering reviews of the product, including basic ingredient list and taste. As we thought, the energy drink tastes just like every other energy drink.
We were unable to find a complete ingredient list, so the ingredients we’ve listed may not show everything in the energy drink. There is no mention total caffeine content. The dieter needs to know how much caffeine is in the drink so they know if they need to drink one-half or one full serving.
List of Ingredients
- Corn Syrup
- Citric Acid
Zombie Survival Can is not an energy drink you’ll find yourself trying more than once, according to most reviews we read. The novelty of the drink is the can. The can shows four ways the drinker can use the can in case of a zombie attack, which is the real reason people buy the drink. We’ve even read reviews where the buyer chose not to taste the energy drink at all because they wanted to use the can as decoration.
In terms of ingredients, the Zombie Survival Can is nothing more than sugar and caffeine. The taste resembles fruit punch with carbonation and some drinkers claim it tastes less like an energy drink than other brands. However, the $4 price tag is all about the can and the zombie advice.
- The ingredients for the Zombie Survival Can drink are listed online.

We think the Zombie Survival Can is quite cute. The advice about how to survive a zombie attack is interesting and may be useful in the case of an emergency, but chances are this drink is a one-time novelty purchase and nothing more. You can purchase a better energy drink with proven ingredients at just about any gas station, so why would you travel to the mall to find this one?
