What is Dyma Burn Xtreme?

To start, Dyma Burn Xtreme is a thermogenic formula that’s supposed to burn fat all day long. It includes Raspberry Ketones, L-Carnitine, Yerba Mate Extract, and Green Tea Extract. You are supposed to take two capsules in the morning or before exercise and two during the mid-afternoon. Along with exercise and proper diet, this supplement is meant to burn fat naturally and gives you an energy boost.

The company behind the product is called Dymatize. They are based in America and have been operating since 1994. You can purchase Dymatize Dyma Burn Xtreme on their website or other major online retailers. We like the price, and we certainly dig that the company has been around for a while, but keep reading…

Effectiveness – “Hey Now!”

The first issue we found with Dyma Burn Xtreme was regarding effectiveness. “We all know that each individual reacts differently to each supplement,” explains our Research Editor. “But in this case, there were too many negative customer reviews to ignore.”

“I tried this for a week. Instead of curbing my appetite and helping me lose weight. I was hungry all the time and ate everything in the house. No matter what I ate I was constantly hungry and ate like a pig…. thanks for the extra couple pounds I found instead of lost,” said one review.

“This stuff is very impotent, weak, and a total disappointment,” added another.

The flip side to this tells a different tale, “Best appetite suppressant I’ve ever used. Been using it for years.”

Dyma Burn Xtreme Side Effects – “A Bit Iffy”

The next problem we found was Dyma Burn Xtreme side effects. One customer said, “I took it for only three days. In my second day, I even vomit, and the first and third my stomach felt awful.” Another added, “I stopped taking this supplement because it didn’t change my body and it made me sick.”

Again, there were some good comments. One user raved, “I love this product!!”

Throughout our years of research we can say that it only takes one small setback to cut the chances of real, measurable results. If Dyma Burn Xtreme side effects are too much or just plain ineffective, that could be a huge problem.

The Science – “Is There Enough Evidence?”

There is very little evidence that Raspberry Ketones can cause weight-loss in humans. Also, the safety regarding Raspberry Ketones consumption in humans has never been researched. Green Tea extract is an antioxidant and can cause temporary thermogenesis due to its catechin content, but these effects are only temporary. There is no clinical research on this product, but the ingredients are familiar and do work to some extent.

The Bottom Line – Does Dyma Burn Xtreme Work?

So are we ready to suggest hopping online to pick up some Dyma Burn Xtreme? We like the price, and some people are having success with it, but we are slow to support it. The side effects seem a little too much, and there are too many users complaining about ineffectiveness.

If you want to burn fat we suggest grabbing a supplement that has no reviews on negative side effects and positive feedback from customers regarding effectiveness.

Among the best product we’ve seen this year is called Leptigen. It’s a proprietary blend of four clinically-tested ingredients have been shown to help burn fat, boost metabolism and provide extra energy. We can’t find any chatter about harmful side effects and customer reviews indicate people see great individual success.

The makers of the Leptigen are so confident in their supplement, they’re offering customers a Special Trial Offer.
