What Users Are Saying

“I’ve taken this particular GNC product for years. With increased energy and metabolism, I have kept my BMI at an acceptable level. I find when I forget to take my vitamins, I feel sluggish and fatigued. I will continue to take these as long as they are made. Also, when I get lab work done at 54 years of age, my labs come back within normal limits. I can’t ask for a better product to help maintain wellness. The only cons to this product is that the pills are larger than a One A Day brand, but with all the minerals and vitamins in it, it’s worth the effort to swallow. Also, the coating is not a pleasant taste, so swallow quickly.”

“Took these as directed early in the morning (6:30am) and each night where I had taken them, I slept TERRIBLY. Woke up multiple times and very restless. I noticed more energy during the day and I usually have no issue with caffeine, so I think the additional ingredients caused issues for me. For that reason, I stopped taking these after three days… and my sleep went back to normal upon stopping the supplement. Nor right for me.”

“Did not give me energy. They smell like burnt cookies and the pills are HUGE! Choked a couple times which ended up making me gag.”

Have been taking 3 weeks and have noticed increases in blood pressure at drug store kiosk. After highest reading today of an increase of more than 50 points in 3 weeks (from 136/75 to 190/110). This was only change I had made during this span of time. I went to dr. – was told no more product and started medication to hopefully bring back to normal levels. Might not cause spike in everyone but I seem to be ultrasensitive to medications.

I also experienced a spike in my blood pressure two weeks into taking these. I went from 120/81 my norm to 156/100. I took one a day in the morning. Than I would go to the gym and work out and than I would have terrible heart palpitations, dizziness and felt lightheaded throughout the day. I am a seasoned workout person and eat a healthy diet. As soon as I stopped taking these pills I felt better within 24 hours and my blood pressure went back to normal. I would not recommend them.

I have been reading the reviews for this product out of curiosity as I started taking it again. I have been taking these pills for a year now (started August 2016) but stopped for about a month because I wanted to give an organic multivitamin a try and I honestly felt so miserable… I loved these from the moment I started taking them. I used to be tired all the time, sometimes even lethargic, and these gave me such an energy boost! I could feel my values go up and I really just felt GOOD all the time. I do think it helped with my metabolism and aided with my weight loss. I changed my diet completely and managed to lose 75 lbs til now. Before all this, it would take years for me to digest food but after I started taking them, I noticed I digested food much quicker. I really have a lot of good things to say about these pills, but they DO have side effects (for me, at least)… It’s really hard for me to fall asleep; at first it was a bit of hell but I got used to it and once I fell asleep, I didn’t have trouble at all during the sleep time. It’s just the falling asleep part that is hard. Other than that, not much else? The pros outweigh the con(s), which is why I bought a new bottle yesterday and started taking them again today! It works for some, but not for all. So don’t be upset if they don’t work for you, just try another product til you find what works for you!

Strong smell to my urine, increased discharge, and now a yeast infection. Is my body just adjusting, or after one week should I toss the rest out and discontinue use? Bummer.

I have been taking the vitapak for a little over a week now. I have been better with my water and much less caffeine. Yesterday, I peed 3 times within a half hour and had ridiculous kidney pain. I don’t go to the doctor nor do I want to. Normally when my kidneys hurt like that, I’m dehydrated. I drank almost a gallon of water yesterday. A little hesitant to take them this morning.

I have been using this product for, 4 months now? I started off at 271 pounds , This is AFTER loosing 150 pounds in 2 years. I had hit a dead end and wasnt able to loose more then 2 pounds a month, I wanted to give up trying. My husband took me to GNC and we picked this product up. Well I am happy to say in 4 months I am back to shedding the weight ! I currently clock in at 215 pounds and am BEYOND happy with this product. The only issue I have with it is the size of some of the pills themselves but I have no complaint on the effects of this! BUT I do encourage those wanting to try this product to EAT something before taking them. The product works best when applied with a healthy diet and an active work out. There is NO such thing as a active pill that makes you loose weight without a work out.
