  • Stacy meek Letteri

They caused my skin to look and feel like I had the worst sunburn ever! It started on my scalp and proceeded down my body. That went away after about 15 minutes and then I had sudden deep body pains. They pains stopped after being off the vitamins. I called GNC about the side effects and was told it was just cleaning my blood. No exchange or refund because I couldn’t find receipt.

  • Jo

I’ve been having a reoccurring yeast infection since last December. I’m fact that’s when I started taking these pills. When it first happened I thought that the only thing that changed in my lifestyle at that time was my vitamins so that must have been the cause. However I quicky dismissed the thought as u thought it was stupid. I stopped taking the vitamins vin January and my yeast infection issue disappeared. I started taking them in June and the yeast came back, I stopped taking them and I was good. I just started taking them last week and now I’m having a bad yeast infection!!! I’m about to toss these pills. I’m now convinced that they are the cause of my yeast infection issue.

  • Marissa

These pills make me super hungry, which is good because I don’t eat enough or drink enough water, I find that drinking water before eating helps. I figure the fact that it makes you hungry is supposed to boost your metabolism because you eat several times throughout the day, and you’re still supposed to regulate the food you eat. I have experienced increased heartrate, but also lots of energy without the jitters.

  • JBYour Name

Have been taking 3 weeks and have noticed increases in blood pressure at drug store kiosk. After highest reading today of an increase of more than 50 points in 3 weeks (from 136/75 to 190/110). This was only change I had made during this span of time. I went to dr. – was told no more product and started medication to hopefully bring back to normal levels. Might not cause spike in everyone but I seem to be ultrasensitive to medications.

    • Chloe C

I also experienced a spike in my blood pressure two weeks into taking these. I went from 120/81 my norm to 156/100. I took one a day in the morning. Than I would go to the gym and work out and than I would have terrible heart palpitations, dizziness and felt lightheaded throughout the day. I am a seasoned workout person and eat a healthy diet. As soon as I stopped taking these pills I felt better within 24 hours and my blood pressure went back to normal. I would not recommend them.

  •   Works for some, doesn't for others
    Maria (Verified User)

I have been reading the reviews for this product out of curiosity as I started taking it again. I have been taking these pills for a year now (started August 2016) but stopped for about a month because I wanted to give an organic multivitamin a try and I honestly felt so miserable… I loved these from the moment I started taking them. I used to be tired all the time, sometimes even lethargic, and these gave me such an energy boost! I could feel my values go up and I really just felt GOOD all the time. I do think it helped with my metabolism and aided with my weight loss. I changed my diet completely and managed to lose 75 lbs til now. Before all this, it would take years for me to digest food but after I started taking them, I noticed I digested food much quicker. I really have a lot of good things to say about these pills, but they DO have side effects (for me, at least)… It’s really hard for me to fall asleep; at first it was a bit of hell but I got used to it and once I fell asleep, I didn’t have trouble at all during the sleep time. It’s just the falling asleep part that is hard. Other than that, not much else? The pros outweigh the con(s), which is why I bought a new bottle yesterday and started taking them again today! It works for some, but not for all. So don’t be upset if they don’t work for you, just try another product til you find what works for you!

  • Tiger

I’ve noticed that I have a really heavy discharge all of sudden. I’ve only been taking this A Maga Womens Vitamin for 2 weeks now. Have any of you ladies experienced this side effect?

    • K

Yes!! I’m 28 years old and noticed an increase in discharge after 3 days of taking the vitamins!! I stopped taking them after 2 weeks and it went away!! So strange.

      • Carrie

Strong smell to my urine, increased discharge, and now a yeast infection. Is my body just adjusting, or after one week should I toss the rest out and discontinue use? Bummer.

        • Anna (Editor)

Hello. All users are different and can experience different side effects; please make sure to consult with your physician before taking this product.

    • Maribel (Editor)

Hi Tiger, users usually claim a change in their urine color and possibly a discharge, and this might be a result of one of the ingredients in Women’s Ultra Mega Energy Vitamin B. Please visit your physician if you continue with side effects.

  • Susana

This is my 3rd week taking it , i noticed the energy i used to feel the 1st couple of weeks decreased. On this 3rd week I’m feeling hungry . anything I can take along with this to help suppress appetite?

    • Maribel (Editor)

Hi Susana, lack of energy and hunger are possible side-effects, if you continue to feel like this, please visit your physician.

  • Sgibson

I wI’ll give this product a thumbs-up. I have lupus, which I have little to no energy at all. I feel like I just can’t go at times. My dad friend told me about this product. I must say after all I have tried, this puts a smile on my face. It gives me so much energy.

  • Shante

I have been taking the vitamins for about 3wks now and I notice I have to urinate more than usual, is this a common side effect?

    • Devon (Editor)

Confer with your doctor firstly. Make sure there’s no chance of UTI or other ailments.

  • sdove

I have been taking the vitapak for a little over a week now. I have been better with my water and much less caffeine. Yesterday, I peed 3 times within a half hour and had ridiculous kidney pain. I don’t go to the doctor nor do I want to. Normally when my kidneys hurt like that, I’m dehydrated. I drank almost a gallon of water yesterday. A little hesitant to take them this morning.

  •   I love it
    Wendy (Verified User)

almost finished the first bottle of GNC Women’s Ultra Mega Energy And metabolism…suppresses my appetite and I’ve lost 20 lbs taking one a day (with food) and I love it. Don’t really notice the energy so much, but thrilled with weight loss!

  •   I am beyond happy
    Melody Wilkins III (Verified User)

I have been using this product for, 4 months now? I started off at 271 pounds , This is AFTER loosing 150 pounds in 2 years. I had hit a dead end and wasnt able to loose more then 2 pounds a month, I wanted to give up trying. My husband took me to GNC and we picked this product up. Well I am happy to say in 4 months I am back to shedding the weight ! I currently clock in at 215 pounds and am BEYOND happy with this product. The only issue I have with it is the size of some of the pills themselves but I have no complaint on the effects of this! BUT I do encourage those wanting to try this product to EAT something before taking them. The product works best when applied with a healthy diet and an active work out. There is NO such thing as a active pill that makes you loose weight without a work out.

  •   m.harrell (Verified User)

Hi, I have been using this product on and off for 2 weeks now and the diarrhea is horrible. I do have more energy and mental clarity but the severe loose bowel movements are just way too much for me.
