MetaSystem Review - Do These Weight-Loss Products Really Work? Are side effects and discouraging user reviews deal breakers?
In the weeks that led to this review, I figured out whether MetaSystem products actually work. We took the time to conduct a thorough investigation, focusing closely on the ingredients, side effects, scientific research and overall customer care. We additionally read all kinds of user comments and feedback from around the internet. Finally, we summed up everything to give you the bottom line.
What is MetaSystem?
First of all, MetaSystem is a collection of supplements. The ingredients include citrus aurantium, guarana, oat straw, yohimbe bark, psyllium husks, hoodia gordonii, glucomannan, chromium, chitosan and uva ursi. Some of the weight-loss formulas in this range include Fat Fighting System, CortiSystem Trim Plus, and TR. These products are basically claimed to help reduce appetite, boost energy levels, burn off calories and aid with weight reduction. All of these supplements are available directly from the company website. Judy Singer is the individual behind this brand.
From what we gathered, MetaSystem has been around since 2005. There is a helpful FAQ section presented on the company website. Also, some success stories are posted online. Natural ingredients are used in these weight-loss products, but read on…
MetaSystem Side Effects – “Is It Safe?”
The first issue we have is with MetaSystem side effects. “Some people have complained of certain adverse reactions while taking these supplements. These include stomachache, dizziness, anxiety, rapid heartbeat, abdominal pains, nausea, jitteriness and headache,” mentioned our Research Editor.
One user stated, “I began having headaches and dizzy spells. I almost fainted in the attendance office at work. Nurse came in and checked my blood pressure and it was way too high. I was driven to ER immediately.”
But, not all people experience side effects with MetaSystem products. In fact, one customer commented, “This does reduce my appetite some. No bad effects thus far.”
Another posted, “I think it’s working. I lost about two pounds. It’s been a few weeks.”
Discouraging User Reviews – “Uh Oh”
There are certainly some discouraging user comments posted online for MetaSystem supplements. For example, one person reported, “Total waste of money. Does not work. Total scam. Save your money. I didn’t lose a pound. What a rip-off.”
On the other hand, a different user said, “I don’t exercise enough, but I’m active so the energy from this product is definitely quality. I’m losing some inches around the belt area and that’s good for this guy.”
“Curbs my appetite. I’m pretty satisfied so far,” commented another individual.
According to our research, if there is a certain facet of a weight-loss supplement or diet program that is very burdensome or concerning (side effects, discouraging user reviews, fad ingredients) the probability of long-term success is rather low. This means if MetaSystem supplements do cause a lot of negative customer comments, it could be problematic.
The Science – “Any At All?”
At DietSpotlight, we need to see some real science that supports the supplement we’re investigating. In regards to MetaSystem products, we did not pinpoint any clinical studies presented on the official website. However, these formulas do contains some ingredients that may aid with weight management, such as caffeine, chromium and green tea.
The Bottom Line – Does MetaSystem Work?
So, should you pull out your credit card and order a MetaSystem supplement? Well, it is nice to see that some success stories are posted on the company website. We also appreciate that natural ingredients are used in these diet products. Then again, we have some doubts about these formulas because there is no actual science presented to support the marketing claims. Also, we’re concerned about the side effects some users complained of.
If you’d like to drop more pounds of fat, then we suggest you choose a supplement that is backed by solid science, does not lead to any harmful side effects and is supported by plenty of positive user remarks and comments.
Among the best products we’ve seen this year is one called Leptigen. It offers a unique blend of four ingredients, which have been shown in published clinical testing to help speed up fat loss and kick-start metabolism. We can’t find any discouraging remarks online, and the comments we did discover indicate people are seeing real results.
The makers of Leptigen are so certain of their product they’re offering a Special Trial Offer, which is a good sign.

There are a number of products within the MetaSystem range, including, MetaSystem Mild and MetaMax Plus.

There are a number of products in the MetaSystem range including MetaSystem Mild and MetaMax Plus. Judy Singer says that MetaSystem Mild is designed for those who are sensitive either to caffeine, cola, or aspirin and who do not want to feel jittery whilst partaking in a weight loss program. This is in contrast to many popular weight loss supplements that feature potent doses of metabolic stimulants. Judy Singer claims that MetaSystem Mild will increase your metabolism and burn away bad cholesterol, as well as cleansing toxins and reducing water retention. She says that Guggul, an ingredient in MetaSystem Mild, is a particularly effective fat burning agent. Judy Singer says that MetaMax Plus is suitable for those who want to lose weight, but who also want to limit their caffeine intake. She says that MetaMax Plus will increase your rate of metabolism, help you lose weight and also reduce your cellulite if you have any.
- There is an official website for MetaSystem.
- You can order the products directly on line.
- There is a weight loss counselling line you can call.
- The products in the MetaSystem range are not cheap, at the price of $151.
- There have been no controlled, standardized tests of the products within the MetaSystem range that we could find.
- Some diet experts believe that Citrus Aurantium, which is one of the ingredients in MetaMax Plus, increases the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Although there are a number of positive testimonials for the MetaSystem range of diet products on their official site we have seen no actual hard proof that the weight loss products in the MegaSystem range do actually promote weight loss. We therefore cannot highly recommend this range of diet products until we have seen such evidence.
