Amy Gorin, MS, RDN

Amy Gorin was designated the Registered Dietitian of the Day by Today’s Dietitian magazine and the Unilever Agent of Change in 2017 – so she’s definitely a nutritionist to watch in 2017.

Gorin, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, is the author of the nutrition-focused blog, “The Eat List,” which features Amy’s recipes. She is also the owner of the Jersey City-based Amy Gorin Nutrition. Amy frequently lends her expertise to health and wellness publication including,, Runner’s World, Reader’ and Women’s Health, as well as others. Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Art Studies from the University of Florida, in addition to a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University. She completed her dietetic internship at Utah State University and her didactic program in dietetics at New York University. In 2016, Amy was designated the Registered Dietitian of the Day by Today’s Dietitian magazine, and the Unilever Agent of Change in 2017.
