    Although I haven’t started this yet.. It’s a relief to finally find a meal plan that doesn’t have 6 different lunches and 6 different breakfasts.. For one week it alternates 2 meals for each and that’s more realistic for me as I make my lunches in bulk for the week and generally have the same thing for bfast most mornings.. So yes you buy different Ingredients each week but for two different types of meals.. Not 7 different bfasts lunches and dinners like most other books and plans!!
