If you’re ready to stop fighting and start losing, you want proof a product works. We’re on the fence with this one because there are positives and negatives.

What is Thyroid T3?

To start, Thyroid T3 is a metabolism booster with Gum Guggul Extract (300mg), L-Tyrosine (300mg), Garcinia Cambogia (200mg), Dipotassium Phosphate (150mg), Sodium Phosphate (75mg), Disodium Phosphate (75mg) and Phosphatidyl Choline (25mg). [1] [2] It should be taken 2-3 times daily (two capsules per serving). According to the company website, this product helps you lose fat faster and increase thyroid output. [3] A reduced calorie diet plan is suggested.

Thyroid T3 is made by Absolute Nutrition, a company that was founded in 2006. This product can be purchased from the website and it does contain some herbal ingredients, but if all you want to know is whether or not it will help you lose weight, keep reading…

Thyroid T3 Side Effects – “Should You Be Worried?”

The first thing we couldn’t help but notice were the reports of Thyroid T3 side effects. “After reading all sorts of customer feedback, it’s clear that this supplement may not be the best option for everyone. You should be especially careful if you have an existing health condition,” says our Research Editor.

  • One customer stated, “My wife is on T3 at this time. Her heart rate is going up, also with her blood pressure.” [4]
  • “I started taking T3 and I am very sleepy and cannot think clearly,” said another user.

We have to note – not everyone had a negative experience with Thyroid T-3.

  • As a user said, “I have never felt better, I have more energy and have not gained any weight.”
  • “I also like the fact that it doesn’t have side effects,” offered another.

Results – “Lacking For Everyone?”

Results are measured differently by each person. We found some who lost weight and others who did not.

  • One customer complained, “This is totally a fluke, It has no hormone T3 whatsoever, therefore it does not help on loosing any weight.”
  • Another user said, “Don’t waste your money like I did. I have to write more words for them to post this review. Stupid, stupid.”

Other users noticed an increase in metabolism, energy and weight-loss.

  • “I feel my metabolism burning fat faster,” claimed one user.
  • Another said, “It gives me the energy I need to get out of the house and get going.”

So, our research has revealed a strong connection between the small things, like a few negative comments in a row, and a lesser chance of long-term results. If Thyroid T3 doesn’t give the user the weight-loss they’re looking for, they’ll leave it behind in search of a product that does.

Did We Find Any Solid Science?

The official website for Thyroid T3 doesn’t offer a single bit of clinical research and none of the ingredients are ideal for boosting metabolism, but there are clearly some positive effects for some dieters. It interests us that the company claims this formula could help make other weight-loss supplements more effective. [5] At DietSpotlight we’re looking for solid science and though we found none, we are still intrigued.

Does Thyroid T3 Really Work?

Well, we like Thyroid T3’s longevity as a product and some positive comments we saw about it online. Then again, we have some concerns because it’s not backed by clinical studies, which is a real letdown. Moreover, we’re leery about the side effects and user complaints regarding no weight-loss results. But, we can’t help but wonder just how well taking this formula in conjunction with a scientifically tested weight-loss supplement would work.

If you’d like to stop fighting and start losing, we suggest going with a product with clinical testing that shows it will help you lose weight. The best supplements come with amazing testimonials and reviews.

Of every product we’ve seen this year, the best we’ve found is one called Dietspotlight Burn. You get four ingredients, no fillers or fluff. All have been clinically tested and shown to markedly improve metabolism and fat loss. There are no stimulants in Thyroid T3, so if your doctor gives the OK, you may be able to take these two together. This formula is just what we’d expect for the dieter and, based on some fantastic reviews, users are thrilled with the results.

The makers of Dietspotlight Burn are so positive about their product they’re offering a Special Trial Offer, which basically means the only thing you have to lose are those extra pounds.

What You Should Know About Thyroid T3

Thyroid T3 is the hormone that causes the metabolism to work properly. Without it, a patient can gain weight, be very sensitive to temperature, be very tired most of the time, be depressed, and have other effects, such as dry skin. These effects can also come from having a low level of T3, something that can go unnoticed except for the symptoms. Generally the condition is known as hypothyroidism. The usual treatment for a low T3 level is to take more T3, usually under a doctor's direction. There is both a synthetic form of T3 and a natural form that are available. Someone who has the symptoms of a low T3 level should see a physician to have medical testing done.

Thyroid T3 Product Features

Depending on the patient's condition, T3 can be obtained both over the counter and by prescription, though the natural version can only be obtained by prescription. Those who do have a low level of T3 have reported much improvement after beginning to take T3. The result is generally a better quality of life because the patient feels so much better. Weight loss can result from treatment with T3, because the metabolism is then working at a normal pace instead of being sluggish.

If there are side effects, they would most likely be related to hyperthyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid is running too fast, and the metabolism speeds up. Patients with this condition lose weight rapidly and often have an unpleasantly fast heart rate. Despite the weight loss, this condition is dangerous because it is harder on the heart and draining on the body. There is also a certain diet aid known as San T3, which is not the thyroid hormone, despite the misleading name. Patients who do need thyroid treatment should be careful when encountering such products, because they are not a replacement for the natural hormone.

One of the good outcomes of taking T3 is weight loss, though the hormone should not be used with the intent of weight loss. It is essential for a properly functioning thyroid and should be used as such. The effect of taking it means a better quality of life for those who have hypothyroidism and it should not be taken by those who have a healthy thyroid.

  • Better health.
  • Improved quality of life.

  • Can only be obtained by prescription if one is using the natural T3.

Thyroid T3 Conclusion

T3 is a natural part of the human body that keeps the thyroid functioning. It is necessary for keeping the human body healthy as well and keeping someone feeling well as well as functioning well. If someone thinks they may have a low level of T3 or a slow-functioning thyroid, they should see a physician. T3 may be the answer for those who feel tired and gain weight with no other explanation.

The overarching theme of t3 is increasing basal metabolic rate, stimulating the body's oxygen intake and help breakdown proteins, carbs and fats.

Thyroid T3 Side Effects:

Thyroid T3 has a number of potential side effects. While it’s safe in the majority of cases, you never know how your body will react to a given supplement. Exercise caution.

High Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is how hard your blood hits against blood vessel walls. When your blood pressure goes abnormally high, it’s known as hypertension and can be dangerous. High blood pressure isn’t always detectable without the help of a doctor. In rare cases, it may manifest in symptoms like facial flushing, sweating, and anxiety.

What causes high blood pressure?

Several of the factors that contribute to high blood pressure are lifestyle-related. These include smoking, alcohol, and obesity. Other known causes of high blood pressure include chronic kidney disease and thyroid disorders.

Also known as bounding pulse, this is a condition in which your heart beats harder than normal. Often, you have the sensation of your heat skipping beats or beating too fast.

What causes palpitations?

Palpitations aren’t always cause for alarm. When you exercise vigorously or are feeling nervous, it’s completely normal to have bounding pulse. It’s cause for worry if you experience palpitations simultaneously with chest pain, shortness of breath, or fainting. These symptoms may be indicative of arrhythmia or hyperthyroidism. [1]

You feel on-edge, irritable, paranoid, stressed-out. People experience anxiety in different ways. Some feel anxious for no apparent reason. Others respond with greater anxiety than the contextual stimuli merits. Anxiousness tends to come and go. The feelings subside, but they come back later. Often they’re in response to a specific situation or person. Dizziness, shortness of breath, muscle tension, and dry mouth are all signs of anxiety.

What causes anxiety?

There are different types of anxiety disorders, including panic disorder and social anxiety disorder. The cause of anxiety can be psychological or neurological. Or it can stem from substance abuse or medications.

Shortness of Breath

Shortness of breath, or dyspnea, is when you find it hard to breathe. You can’t seem to get enough air and you can’t breathe deeply enough.

What causes shortness of breath?

Shortness of breath is often a symptom of lung and heart disorders. Asthma, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and shortness of breath are all causes. [2]

If you use Thyroid T3, keep your eyes open for side effects. If you have any concerns about how this supplement may affect your health, we recommend you talk with your doctor. Should you experience side effects not listed here, please report them in out review section.

For everyone who is having symptoms and their blood work looks normal take a look at Wilson temp syndrome. Also, I am on a compounded T3 regiment taken 12hrs to the min. I have to check my pulse and temp and chart it. I just started. I have had horrible menses with unbearable bleeding constantly cold and on a 900-1000 cal diet with exercise with little results. I hope this helps..don’t give up AND REMEMBER YOU KNOW WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR BODY.If you Dr. will not listen kindly tell him/her to f*@k off and remove the wax in their ears, there are great doctors out there.

  Need a new doctor
Cindy (Verified User)

Just had my second thyroid test. TSH went from 4.68 to .567. Total T3 reading is 2.6. My Dr. says everything is ok. I say I need a new Dr.as I feel sluggish, keep gaining weight and cold all the time. What is your opinion?

only free t3 on a test will show how much of the metabolic hormone you have in your body…tsh, free t4 and free t3 should always be ordered to see the full picture of how the thyroid is responding to medication and also taken in account symptoms

Need more information in using the product

What can be the cause for one`s thyroid to produce a count 6 on your T3 and a count 16 for your T4 test. This is what the blood test showed on 3 different times. Thanks

  Makes me feel sleepy
