Trimplex Elite Review - Does This Fat Burner Really Work? Are fad ingredients and no official website deal breakers?
Don’t laugh, but well over 50% of diet products simply don’t work. So what about Trimplex Elite? We decided to see what the fuss was about, so we looked at customer service, clinical research, ingredients, and side effects. We also dug through hundreds of reviews. Finally, we summarized and condensed it here to give you the bottom line.
What is Trimplex Elite?
To begin with, Trimplex Elite is an over-the-counter dietary supplement. The ingredients include green coffee extract, raspberry ketones, fruit extracts, coleus forskohlii and vitamins. Supposedly, it promotes weight-loss by boosting metabolism and suppressing appetite.
There are several websites that promote this product as an affiliate, but there’s no official website. As such, we cannot locate any information on the company that makes it or when it first became available. We like that it contains all natural ingredients, but read on…
Trimplex Elite Ingredients – “A Fad?”
The first issue is the Trimplex Elite ingredients. “Both the green coffee bean extract and raspberry ketones are considered fads. Studies just aren’t there to support any weight-loss claims,” said our Research Editor.
”I felt like this didn’t do anything for me,” was one user’s experience.
”Other supplements I’ve used worked better,” offered another.
Others maintain it helped them reach their weight-loss goals.
“It gave me energy without side effects,” claimed a dieter.
“I was able to lose 15 pounds in three months with this stuff,” said a customer.
No Official Website – “Where’s the Credibility?”
We were unable to find an official website for Trimplex Elite and the affiliate website links took us to a completely different product.
”These websites where you can buy Trimplex Elite don’t really tell you much about the company that makes it,” said a customer.
”I don’t shop online if I don’t know where I’m shopping,” explained another.
Others don’t care.
“I bought it and liked it, and I’m glad I did,” said a reviewer.
“As long as I can buy it online, that’s all I care about,” offered a customer.
Our years of experience have taught us that all it takes is a small issue, like ineffective ingredients, to stop long-term success. If Trimplex Elite is formulated with fads, we’re not sure just how long the dieter will stick around.
The Science – “Not Impressive”
Neither green coffee bean nor raspberry ketones have a substantial amount of science behind them. There are studies, however. So, you can read how they worked in animals, for the most part, as human research is limited. Results are not supportive of Trimplex Elite claims.
The Bottom Line – Does Trimplex Elite Work?
Should I race out for a bottle of Trimplex Elite? Well, we like that the ingredients are natural and well-known, but we have reservations about giving our recommendation. There is just not enough science out there to back up product claims and we couldn’t find a single place on the internet selling it.
If you’re ready to lose weight, we suggest trying a supplement that contains clinically tested ingredients known to support your weight-loss efforts. Look for a dedicated website that offers proof of science.
Among the best products we’ve seen this year is one called Leptigen. The formula is made with four ingredients, all of which have been shown in clinical testing to help support a healthy weight-loss, increased metabolism and reduced appetite. Better yet, our researchers found no comments about harmful side effects or negative product reviews. We also find it amazing that the official website offers a detailed description and real studies.
Plus, the makers of Leptigen are giving everyone the chance to get a Special Trial Offer, which is a great thing to see.

Green Coffee Extract
Intake of green tea of the catechins of green tea assists in a substantial decrease in body weight, mass, and fat measurements by elevating postprandial thermogenesis as well as fat oxidation. Moreover, it was found to reduce blood cholesterol, glucose, insulin, and triglyceride levels. Numerous studies pointed to the possibility of biological mechanisms where green tea could decrease adipocyte lipogenesis, reduce fat absorption and inhibit appetite and absorption of nutrients. The optimal dose of green tea is not clear, although the benefits are present.
The catechins significantly reduced body weight and substantially maintained said weight following a period of WL (weight-loss) (microcirc=-1.31 kg; P<0.001). Suppression of this effect by those who consumed high amounts of caffeine habitually (>300 mg per day) did not reach importance (microcirc=-0.27 kg for high habitual caffeine and microcirc=-1.60 kg for low; P=0.09). Catechins or epigallocatechin gallate, when combined with caffeine, has a minor beneficial effect on weight-loss and weight maintenance.
Raspberry ketones (RK) stopped the high fat diet-induced raises in body weight, liver weight, and visceral adipose tissues. Raspberry ketones were found to reduce these weights and hepatic triacylglycerol content following an elevation by a high-fat diet. It was concluded that RK stopped and improved obesity and fatty liver. The effects seem to derive from the actions of RK in changing the lipid metabolism and elevating norepinephrine-induced lipolysis in white adipocytes.
Rats were divided into groups and given regular pellet diet, cafeteria diet, or cafeteria followed by administration of 50 mg Coleus Forskohlii extract. Administration of Coleus Forskohlii extracts substantially suppressed elevations in food intake and weight gain linked to the cafeteria diet in rat subjects. The development of dyslipidemia was also found to be significantly suppressed. The effect which was observed validate that administration of Coleus Forskohlii extract with a cafeteria diet may suppress the appetite and mitigate dyslipidemia development.
Substantial decreases to hip and waist circumference (p = 0.02; p = 0.01) were observed in both the placebo and the experimental groups following 12 week intervention. Additionally, HDL-C (high density lipoprotein-cholesterol) was greatly elevated (p = 0.01) among the groups. Experimental subjects displayed favorable improvement in both insulin resistance and insulin concentration (p = 0.01; 0.001respectively) in comparison to the placebo group. The results indicate that Coleus Forskohlii extract working alongside a hypocaloric diet could be helpful in the management of metabolic risk factors.

Most people who have used Trimplex Elite report no negative effects. Side effects are reported in a small number of cases. However, it’s important to be aware of these potential risks so that you can make a more informed purchasing decision.
A bad headache can really leave you feeling drained. The pain is searing. Some headaches are confined so a specific area of the head. Others envelop the entire region. In the case of very acute headaches, you may experience dizziness due to the pain.
What causes headaches?
There are two types of headaches: primary and secondary. Most headaches are primary headaches. They aren’t serious. They’re caused by everyday factors like stress, hunger, and tiredness. Secondary headaches are the result of some underlying illness. This might be high blood pressure, concussion, or glaucoma. Strokes are also known to cause headaches.
Jittering is an unexplained shaking and trembling. The involuntary movement is similar to shivering. Except you don’t feel cold. Often, jittering is accompanied by a feeling of immense nervousness and anxiousness. You’re on edge for seemingly no reason.
What causes jitteriness?
Caffeine is a common cause of jittering. If you get a case of “the jitters,” try cutting down on caffeinated beverages like coffee and tea. It may also be that certain products you consume—like supplements—contain high levels of caffeine.

We thoroughly researched the Trimplex Elite ingredients to give you the important facts and information you need.
To begin with, raspberry ketone is basically a chemical that is found in red raspberries, as well as fruits like peaches, berries, grapes, kiwi and apples. This ingredient is often used in the manufacturing of cosmetics and foods. It’s essentially a flavoring agent and potent fragrance.
What is it Supposed to Do?
Well, raspberry ketones is often used in weight-loss supplements to help promote fat loss. It’s claimed to increase the hormone adiponectin, which in turn helps the body break down stored fat cells so they can be used as fuel/energy.
We could not find any solid clinical research involving humans that links raspberry ketones to weight-loss. However, WebMD says, “Early research shows that applying a raspberry ketone solution to the scalp might increase hair growth in people with hair loss.”
Green Coffee Extract
Sometimes called café verde, green coffee is essentially unroasted coffee seeds or beans. This ingredient is found in dozens of over-the-counter weight-loss supplements. It is completely natural, and is sometimes used to help treat type 2 diabetes.
What is it Supposed to Do?
First off, green coffee bean extract is intended to slow down the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream. This in turn is supposed to help with weight management. Green coffee contains a substance called chlorogenic acid, a chemical compound with anti-inflammatory effects. This component may help treat obesity, reduce high blood pressure, balance blood glucose levels and aid with memory.
According to WebMD, “Early research suggests that taking green coffee extracts containing 50 mg to 140 mg of chlorogenic acids daily for 4 weeks to 12 weeks can reduce blood pressure in Japanese adults with mild and untreated high blood pressure. Systolic blood pressure (the top number) appears to be reduced by 5 mmHg to 10 mmHg. Diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) appears to be reduced by 3 mmHg to 7 mmHg.”
To start, coleus forskohlii is often referred to as forskolin. It is an herb that is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine. However, this ingredient is also found in all sorts of diet supplements for weight-loss and fitness products for muscle building.
What is it Supposed to Do?
Sometimes coleus forskohlii is used to treat conditions such as idiopathic congestive cardiomyapathy, asthma, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone levels, obesity and certain allergies. In regards to weight-loss, this herb is supposed to stimulate fat burning.
Some research does support this ingredient for weight management. For example, “A small study of 23 females, published in the December 2005 issue of the “Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition,” reported that Coleus forskohlii did not help with weight loss but did slow or prevent weight gain in mildly overweight women.”
One that’s caught our attention is called Leptigen. It contains clinically-tested ingredients and is backed by positive customer comments. To learn more about the supplement, click above.
