The new thing to do in the world of weight loss supplements is to combine several trademarked ingredients or mini-supplements and create a whole new supplement. Aspire does just that. Nearly every ingredient listed on the official website was created by another company. Aspire simply packs them together in one bottle and calls it Aspire.

List of Ingredients

ChromeMate, Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer, Advantra-Z, Green Tea Extract, Magnolia Extract, Inositol, Choline, Banaba Leaf Extract, White Tea Extract, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract, Evodiamine Extract, 7-Keto.

Product Features

ChromeMate is a good start for Aspire. We like the fact that chromium is a proven weight loss ingredient shown to control blood glucose levels and stop hungry at the core. No more crashing glucose to cause intense cravings.

Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer is white kidney bean. Often used in supplements claiming carbohydrate blocking abilities, there is no proof this ingredient works as described. White beans are a great source of fiber and recent studies and reports have noted Americans do not consume enough fiber so that could be one benefit of this ingredient in Aspire.

Advantra-Z is a fancy word for synephrine. Synephrine is the cousin to Ephedra and works much the same way in the body. There are potential health risks associated with taking synephrine or Advantra-Z including hypertension, jitters and nausea.

Green Tea Extract is another great ingredient. Science has given green tea an intimate look and researchers have published studies supporting green tea in weight loss and a long list of other health conditions.

Magnolia Extract is a mood booster. These ingredients are quickly becoming commonplace in weight loss supplements. The idea is the same as the one behind the prescription medications Wellbutrin and Meridia. If the dieter feels better emotionally, they will stick with a weight loss plan.

Inositol helps the body convert food into energy. We could find no clinical proof that extra supplementation increases the rate or efficacy of energy conversion. Choline is another naturally occurring nutrient that support healthy brain function and memory.

Banaba Leaf has been tested in lab rats and showed promise for reducing fat stores and regulating blood glucose but these studies were completed in 1999 and 2002 respectively. No human studies were found.

White Tea Extract is a sister to green tea so we will support her by default. BioPerine is a black pepper extract that is showing promise in fat burning supplements. It literally heats up the body to burn more fat.

Each month supply of Aspire sells for $49.95. The product is backed with a 100% money back guarantee that includes empty bottles.

Advantages

All ingredients are given on the official website.

  • Some ingredients are proven to increase weight loss.

Disadvantages

  • We have no idea how much of the proven ingredients are included.
  • Studies listed, in some cases, have nothing to do with humans.
  • Several sources of caffeine or stimulants are included in Aspire.

Conclusion

Everything looks good for Aspire, aside from the sheer lack of information and supportive clinical research. When paying money for another weight loss supplement, dieters deserve to read what science has to say about every ingredient. Aspire does not offer enough support to prove beneficial for dieters.
