BeautyFit Beauty Fuel Review
What You Should Know
BeautyFit Beauty Fuel is a weight loss supplement sold by GNC. The product is clearly marketed to women though the ingredient list does not include any specific ingredients that are for women only. GNC does a great job of listing ingredients and providing reviews of the product. On average, the supplement reviews 4.7 out of 5 stars, but that is based on very few reviews. There are no free trials, testimonials or before and after photos from dieters having used the product.
List of Ingredients
Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Calcium, Chromium.
Beautytropin (Fat Ignition Accelerator) Proprietary Blend: Green Tea Extract, Guarana Extract, Eleuthero Root, Yerba Mate Leaf.
Aldactade-XL (Natural Diuretic Blend) Proprietary Blend: Uva Ursi Leaf, White Willow Bark, Betaine HCL.
Brainade-F10 (Brain Food Blend) Proprietary Blend: Ginkgo Biloba Leaf, L-Tyrosine, Phenylalanine.
B vitamins help to naturally boost energy. The effect on the body is short-lived and soon after digestion, the extra B vitamins will flush out of the body in urine. Chromium is an effective appetite suppressant, which could be why some users claimed feeling full after taking the supplement.
The stimulant blend in the formula includes several ingredients that will increase heart rate and blood pressure. All ingredients are included in a proprietary blend so we have no idea if the supplement will cause jitters or nausea.
The diuretic blend works to reduce water retention. Diuretics are not safe for people taking prescription diuretics or those suffering from dehydration or low potassium levels. Water retention is typically controlled with healthy eating and increased water intake.
The brain blend is interesting. Phenylalanine will boost mood, but the ingredient is not safe for dieters with mental health issues. L-Tyrosine is not included to fuel the brain. Rather, it is included to naturally reduce blood pressure that could be increased by taking stimulants.

BeautyFit Beauty Fuel may help increase energy and reduce water retention, but it may not help the dieter lose more weight. We have no idea how much of the proven ingredient green tea is included in the supplement. The main complaint is that the supplement does not promote weight loss even with a reduced calorie diet and exercise.
