Body Solid Review
What You Should Know
Body Solid is a company that builds, manufactures, and sells home gym equipment as well as professional commercial grade equipment. Body Solid has been in business for over 20 years. They offer many different lines of equipment such as multi-station gyms, free-weight machines, a line of cardiovascular machinery, and other fitness accessories.
Body Solid features 5 different lines of products. There is Body Solid, Powerline USA by Body Solid, Best Fitness, Endurance, and Body Solid Tools. For the purposes of and room constraints of this article we’ll focus on the Body Solid home equipment.
There are 17 home gym fitness systems sold by Body Solid. Many of these gyms offer many different workout options and are made for a total-body workout. The system is based on a pully line type of workout, similar to what you would find at your local gym, but without the size and cost. There is also one gym of the 17 that offers the option of the free-weight system as well. The systems all range in size. The most people that could work out at one time on one of the ExM4000 models is 4. The size of each gym varies depending on what options you seek. The model mentioned above, the EXM4000 is considerable in size, but offers all that a regular gym would offer in a commercial setting, but in the privacy of your own home, provided you have room.
There are also free-weight systems, benches and racks, Weights and Dumbells, and even a section for storage. There are different collars and straps that you can purchase as well.
There are a lot of options with the Body Solid lines. You can purchase as the average joe or as a club owner and know that you are purchasing the right product for your specifications. We like that there are many options, but wonder about assembly and ease of use. When you can’t try something out before you have to set it up and use it, sometimes you are buying mainly out of trust. We like that Body Solid is about exercise and fitness and that’s good for everyone.
