Jillian Michaels Meal Plan Review
What You Should Know
The Jillian Michaels Meal Plan was a meal delivery system for weight loss. The program has been discontinued and is no longer available for new orders. Foods were delivered once a week on chilled coolers. There were no dried or frozen meals sold on the plan, only fresh, healthy meals designed for weight loss. Foods contained no preservatives or trans fatty acids. Jillian Michaels Meal Plan included 100 meals to choose from. The dieter simply needed to order a plan and select from the 100 meals to create a custom meal delivery service.
List of Ingredients
Preservative-free, low-calorie meals delivered weekly.
The Jillian Michaels Diet Plan included a 7 Day Meal delivery with 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners and 7 snacks. No evening snack was included with the plan. The 7 Day Jillian Michaels Meal Plan retailed for $140, higher than other meal delivery services, but foods were delivered fresh, not frozen.
No exercise plan was included with the Jillian Michaels Meal Plan, but the official website included exercise and dieting tips. Jillian Michaels also promotes many exercise DVDs that could easily be used with the meal delivery service to increase weight loss.
Michaels is one of the few fitness professionals that support supplementation for weight loss. While her supplements tend to be stimulant heavy and lacking clinically proven ingredients, dieters could easily choose other supplements for increased metabolism and weight loss.
As of 2011, the Jillian Michaels Meal Plan delivery service is no longer in operation. We assume the higher price was too much for the average dieter. Fresh meals are also difficult to keep refrigerated for seven days as they take up lots of space in the refrigerator. No specialty diet plans were available, another reason the Jillian Michaels Meal Plan could have gone out of business.

Jillian Michaels Meal Plan was a meal delivery service offering fresh meals instead of frozen or dried foods. The service has been discontinued and the official website is no longer live. Meal delivery services for weight loss make it easy to control food intake, but they tend to be more expensive than the average dieter can afford. Diet meals are simple to plan ahead and prepare for an entire week with a little time on the weekends.
