Metabadrine is sold by Legacy Nutritional Products, Inc. Legacy’s claim to fame is a formula they came up with a decade ago when they launched a product called Metabolite, a generic of Metabolife 356, which was already on the market. Later they launched the HCAMAX which was a generic of Hydroxycut and then Metabadrine which started out as a copy of Xenadrine. Metabadrine has since been reformulated since ephedra was taken off the market.

  • Since it contains no ephedra, you know you aren’t taking ingredients that are no longer supposed to be in supplements.
  • It’s cheaper than other supplements for weight loss.
  • You can purchase directly online.
  • Disadvantages

  • If you are sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants, you probably need to steer clear of this supplement.
  • There’s not a lot of information about Legacy Nutritionals Inc. They are elusive about who they are.
  • There’s nothing explaining to the average consumer what the individual ingredients are actually for. You’re going to spend quite some time researching them individually.
  • Conclusion

We always recommend that you do your own due diligence on each product you are considering. When you are spending money and investing in your health, you need to know what you are putting in your body. Always buy from a reputable company and know who you are buying from. Many supplements out there are put out by companies just trying to make a quick buck and their interests are not always what’s best for you. While many people are looking for that quick fix to lose weight, pills like these can cause nervousness, jitters, insomnia and anxiety. The label itself recommends that you do not take the item after 3pm to avoid sleep problems. Sometimes the synthetic way of speeding up your metabolism can have a backwards effect on you long term due to not actually changing your lifestyle choices by exercising and eating right. However, if you are still interested in this product, it’s not overly expensive and since you can buy it online, it’s convenient.
