Power-Plate is a brand of vibrating platform used as exercise equipment. The cost of this item is an issue for me as well as the claims. While exercise equipment is here to help us, if not used correctly or constantly, it can just be a waste of money. I would stick to what I know is effective, portal and cost efficient to my pocket and that would be simple everyday exercises that can be done anywhere.
