Black Seed is the common English name of the plant nigella sativa, also referred to as “Black Cumin”, “Black Caraway”, “Black Sesame” and several other misnomers. It is native to the Middle East, and its oil is cultivated in Egypt, India, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq and Turkey. While the seeds are used primarily as an aromatic spice, Black Seed oil has been used as a medicinal herb for centuries in the Middle East and Asia.

    sorry to hear that and hope you get better. Black seed oil is supposed to restore balance in the body. The last prophet,muhammad, has said that it is a cure for all diseases except death.

    my advice would be to take it in the original form i.e oil.
