Fine Metabo Coffee Review
What You Should Know
Fine Metabo Coffee mixes the power of coffee with weight loss ingredients. The ingredient list for the supplement does not list coffee, but the product description claims the product is pure coffee with added ingredients, so we included coffee with the ingredients. Coffee undoubtedly contains caffeine, but just how much caffeine dieters consume with each serving is a mystery. We looked through all the pages of the Fine website and found no mention of caffeine.
List of Ingredients
- Brazilian Coffee Bean Extract
- Chlorogenic Acid
- L-Carnitine Tartrate
Coffee, the heart of Fine Metabo Coffee, contains caffeine. The average cup of coffee can contains as much as 100 mg of caffeine, but some cups only contain 50 to 70 mg of caffeine. Though the difference seems small, when it comes to taking a stimulant the dieter needs to know just how much they are taking – especially if they are sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants. Caffeine will boost energy and can boost metabolism, but the increase in metabolism will only work if the dieter eats right and exercises. The Brazilian coffee bean extract listed with the ingredients could be the source of coffee.
Chlorogenic acid, commonly found in green coffee bean extract, is not clinically proven to boost metabolism or weight loss. There are a few small studies that claim weight loss was achieved while taking green coffee beans containing chlorogenic acid, but many of the studies are funded by the supplement manufacturers.
Fructo-oligosaccharide is fruit fiber. We often find this ingredient listed as apple pectin or some other form of fruit pectin. Fiber is associated with slower digestion and decreased hunger, but it will not help a dieter lose weight if they do not understand what it feels like to be full. Many dieters have trouble recognized the fullness signal after years of overeating.

Fine Metabo Coffee is not any more effective than a traditional cup of Joe. If you want to use caffeine to lose weight you can drink coffee with calorie-free sweetener and low calorie creamer in the morning and afternoon for a metabolism boost. Otherwise, choose a clinically tested and dieter approved weight loss supplement with just enough caffeine to get your motor running.
