Phenyl Core Review
What You Should Know
For the average bodybuilder, taking a fat burner during the cutting phase is just the name of the game. That fat burner needs to control appetite and keep energy levels high, because of the lowered calorie intake. Bodybuilders bulk before cutting. During the bulking phase they consume massive amounts of calories. When cutting time starts, that calorie intake is cut sharply and hunger is a constant thought. We do not see any proven appetite suppressants in this formula, but we do see enough stimulants and mood boosters to push anyone through hunger. Taking too many stimulants leads to nausea and that is exactly what the manufacturers of this supplement are looking for in terms of appetite suppression. Phenyl Core is not designed for the average dieter and should not be taken by someone sensitive to caffeine or someone with a history of mood disorders.
List of Ingredients
NeuroPhen Mood Complex Acacia Rigidula PE: Phenylethylamine, N,n-Dimethylphenylamine, N,n-Dimethyl-B-Phenylethylamine, 3,4-Dimethoxy-5-Hydroxy-B-Phenethylamine, 4-Hydroxy-Phenethylamine (Tyramine).
Polyphenolic Herbal Catechin Complex: White Tea, Green Tea, Kuding Tea With 80% Polyphenols, 60% EGC, DL-C, EGCG, EC, OCG, ECG (From Leaves), Dextrose.
Infinite Burn Proprietary Complex: Hordenine, Konjac Root, Cissus Quadrangularis Extract (Seeds), Rhodiola Rosea Extract (Root), Dextrose.
One of the first things we noticed about the ingredient list was the word dextrose repeated over and over again. Dextrose is a form of sugar. It will add calories to the supplement, but we are unsure what benefits for weight loss, fat loss or appetite suppression this ingredient provides.
Caffeine is important for fat loss, but Phenyl Core is marketed as an appetite suppressant. We assume the manufacturer adds enough caffeine to cause a bit of nausea – 200 mg. Other stimulants in this product could increase the risk of nausea.
Phenylethylamine is a mood booster. Most dieters and bodybuilders have no trouble with this ingredient, but if there is a history of mental illness, this ingredient can be highly dangerous. Phenylethylamine will affect how anti-depressants and other medications work.

Phenyl Core does not contain proven appetite suppressants, but it doesn’t have to because it contains enough caffeine to cause nausea for many users. This product will increase heart rate and it may increase blood pressure. The mood altering effects of phenylethylamine may interfere with some medications and that could cause dangerous side effects.
