Pure X7 Review
What You Should Know
Pure X7 is a caffeinated, stimulant-heavy energy supplement that may be dangerous for caffeine-sensitive dieters. There is a warning on the product label that warns dieters not to drink caffeine, take other supplements with caffeine, eat foods with caffeine or consume other stimulants in any form while taking Pure X7. The supplement is taken once per day and should not be taken more than once per day. Dieters can take Pure X7 for eight weeks, at the longest, before dropping off the supplement for an undisclosed length of time for recovery.
List of Ingredients
- Chinese Orchid
- Coconut Fruit
- Malaytea Scurfpea
- White Tea
- Shantung Maple
At first glance the ingredients in Pure X7 contains the same ingredients found in other diet and weight loss supplements. We see caffeine, tea and yohimbe – all stimulants. There are some ingredients we don’t commonly come across including Chinese Orchid and Shantung Maple.
Chinese Orchid, also known as Bletilla, may have tissue healing properties. There are no clinical studies supporting increased energy or other health benefit. Shantung Maple, listed as Acer Truncatum on some product labels, is a mystery ingredient. We know the tree is called the Dragon Maple due to the bright red color of fall leaves, but we did not find a single description of how the maple extract helps promote energy.
While caffeine and stimulants in the formula are clearly included to boost energy, metabolism and calorie burn, we suspect the caffeine level is too high for most dieters. The warnings and limited time frame the dieter can use the supplement tell us dieters who are caffeine-sensitive should probably try a different product.
Another ingredient to watch out for in Pure X7 is niacin. This B vitamin can cause a flushing of the face similar to a hot flash. Many dieters think this flushing effect means the fat burner is working, but that is not the case. The flushing has nothing to do with fat burning efficacy.
- Ingredients are listed online.
- We have no idea how much caffeine is supplied per dose.
- The warnings may be a little overpowering for some dieters.
- Dieters who are sensitive to caffeine should skip Pure X7.
Pure X7 is a stimulant in every sense of the word. None of the ingredients are particularly effective at burning fat, but they are effective at increasing heart rate, blood pressure and metabolism. Pure X7 is a strong stimulant – probably too strong for most dieters.
