Product Features

Weight Watchers 360 builds on the existing Points Plus program, this time addressing how the mind impacts the way we eat and why we fail at weight loss. By teaching people how to address hedonic eating, or eating for pleasure rather than because we’re hungry, Weight Watchers intends to help people learn how to navigate through any situation where they may be tempted to eat in an unhealthy manner. This is all in addition to their online tools and in person meetings to help you track your food, various recipes to help you find ways to eat healthy while still enjoying the taste, and exercise tips and tricks. Most fruits and vegetables are still free on the plan. If you’re already familiar with the Weight Watchers Points Plus plan, you won’t see much of a difference, except for the fact that this plan tries to address you as a whole person, instead of just what you eat and what exercise you do.
