Everslim Shake Review
What You Should Know
Everslim Shake is a protein shake mix that is supposed to increase weight loss and help the dieter eat fewer calories by replacing meals throughout the day. The product description goes a bit wild with the health benefits. According to Healthy People, the creators of the Everslim Shake, the product will trap fat, increase strength and decrease appetite. You can even control your cholesterol levels with this shake mix. None of these claims is true. The shake mix is nothing more than soy protein. The shake doesn’t even have any sweeteners in the mix so the dieter has to add that along with the milk or water.
The price of Everslim Shake is a LOT more than other meal replacement shake mixes. Just one canister is $47. The number of servings per canister is not listed, but there is no way there are enough servings to justify charging twice the normal rate for protein powder.
List of Ingredients
- Isolated Soy Protein
- Sodium Caseinate
- Soy Lecithin
The first ingredient in the Everslim Shake is isolated soy protein. This is the source of protein in the meal replacement. The label is not shown on the official website so we have no idea how much protein is supplied per serving.
The next two ingredients are starch and maltodextrin. Starch, we assume, is the source of fiber the product description claims is supplied by the shake mix. Maltodextrin is nothing more than carbohydrate used to move the protein to muscle. Usually we find this ingredient in bodybuilding shake mixes, not diet shakes. The remaining ingredients have nothing to do with weight loss.
There is not much more information on the Everslim Shake on the website. We noticed the product description mentioned nutrients and vitamins, but none were listed. We have to assume there are none in the supplement, which means the dieter should not use this product as a meal replacement.
- Some ingredients listed online.
- Contains protein.
- There is an unknown amount of protein in the supplement.
- The mix is more expensive than other protein shakes.
- The ingredient list shows no vitamins and nutrients.
Everslim Shake is not a diet supplement at all. The product description claims a ton of health benefits, but none of these benefits are actually associated with the product. Soy protein is lean, but we have no idea how much is in the mix or even how many servings are in each container.
