    I am an Alumni of HI and have lost 20+ pounds previously. My question, do you have any recipes for soups that are allowed! Am getting really bored with eating protein for 3 meals a day with no sauces, etc.l

    The Healthy Inspirations in Lynchburg burned down last year and the owners of the franchise are not reopening.
