  • Konjac
  • Semen Cassiae Torae
  • Guar Gum Powder
  • Etc.

Product Features

The use of the word “etc…” in the ingredient list means there are other ingredients not listed. The dieter should never take a supplement if they don’t know all the ingredients. The ingredients listed are more akin to a laxative or cleansing supplement than a diet product.

Tomato is a fruit rich in lycopene. This ingredient is safe and provides vitamin C and other nutrients. Sweet potato fiber and konjac can be used to reduce hunger or increase bowel movements. Both are sources of fiber, a natural laxative. Fiber collects water and forms a large bulk mass. The mass scrubs the sides of the intestines on the way out of the body. Semen cassia torae is another name of senna. Senna is a stimulant laxative. This is how the bulk forming fiber moves faster out of the body. The stimulant will cause the intestines to cramp up and force waste out.

The remaining ingredients are unknown. Dieters need to be extremely cautious when taking supplements that include laxatives, fiber and unknown ingredients. This supplement could interfere with prescription medications and cause dehydration. No laxative should be used for more than a few days to fight occasional constipation.
