We like Elite 12. We know the benefits of protein in a weight management program. Protein helps build lean muscle, which could lead to weight loss. We like the exclusion of stimulants and thermogenic ingredients. Aside from preservatives to prevent spoilage, the supplement essentially contains protein, amino acids and healthy oils. The extended release formula allows the protein to work throughout the day, instead of immediately like similar supplements. The main concern is the price. At $33, Elite 12 is a bit higher than comparable. Aside from the price, we also have to note the supplement is available in a variety of flavors and contains less than 150 calories per serving.
