JNL Fusion Review
What You Should Know
JNL Fusion is a 60-day fitness routine designed by “fitness guru” Jennifer Nicole Lee. The program consists of 13 fitness routines, a fitness guide, workout tracker, diet plan as well as supplemental fitness routines. The program is similar to extreme fitness routines P90X and Insanity. Both programs are known and sold millions of copies. How will JNL Fusion compare? We will put it through the test.
List of Ingredients
- Extreme fitness routine created by fitness guru Jennifer Nicole Lee.
JNL Fusion is an extreme fitness program similar to P90X and Insanity. The program consists of 12 fitness routines, including, the basics, shoulder shredder, lower body, back, legs, cardio circuit, bicep workout, speed/agility, fat blaster, upper body, 10-minute routine and stretch. Dieters will also receive a fitness guide, a success tracker, workout calendar, diet recommendations and a makeover guide.
The program is available n the official website for $120 or three payments of approximately $40. This is quite expensive for a 60-day fitness routine. Programs such as Insanity cost less and offer more in terms of community support. We feel as if dieters could potentially and seek out a different fitness routine due to the price.
We have to note the extreme nature of JNL Fusion. This program is not designed for the average dieter or individuals with joint problems/heart conditions. This could potentially exclude a large portion of the dieting population.
- Each fitness routine lasts approximately 30 minutes.
- Dieters perform the routines in the comfort of the home.
- The product is available on the website.
- JNL Fusion utilizes high intensity interval training.
- Money-back guarantee.
- JNL Fusion is expensive.
- The program does not guarantee results.
- The program does not address supplementation.
- This is extreme and not designed for every dieter.
- There is no indication of a low-impact option.
If JNL Fusion were the originator of the 60-day workout, the plan would be one of the best on the market. Unfortunately, this fitness program has to compete with the likes of P90X and Insanity. Although Jennifer Nicole Lee is a self-labeled fitness guru, she has not reached the level of Tony Horton or Shaun T. Her program does not offer anything new and makes egregious claims of weight loss. JNL Fusion claims the average dieter will lose approximately 12 pounds after completing the program. We did not find proof and have to note results are never typical. The online testimonials are great, but can possibly be misleading. At times, the testimonials are test subjects completing the program under supervised conditions.
