Jonny Bowden Review

You’re about to learn everything you need to know about Jonny Bowden. We took the time to create one of our in-depth reviews, focusing closely on the ingredients, side effects, clinical research and customer-service quality. We also read countless user comments and remarks from all over the web. Lastly, we summarized and compressed all of the information to give you the bottom line.

EDITOR'S TIP:

What is Jonny Bowden?

To begin with, Jonny Bowden is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. He is sometimes called the “nutrition myth buster,” and he has written 15 different books on diet, weight-loss and health. These texts include Smart Fat, The Great Cholesterol Myth, The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth, Shape Up Workbook, and Living Low Carb. Like many other programs, his approach requires a lifestyle change. Healthy eating and regular exercise are both incorporated. All of these books are available online via Amazon. There are no ingredients to worry about, because this is not a diet supplement.

We are not sure when Jonny Bowden first got started with weight-loss, but his official website has been available since at least 2009. Some helpful topics addressed on the site are healthy living, nutrition, exercise, weight reduction, inflammation, cancer, diet and recipes. Furthermore, there is a “market link” provided on the site that allows you to purchase some weight management products, such as fiber and protein supplements, but read on…

Discouraging User Comments – “Concerning?”

The first issue we have is with discouraging user comments. According to our Research Editor, “Several dieters have complained about Jonny Bowden books. We noticed this while sorting through comments and remarks posted online.”

One person reported, “Book was very disappointing. No new information but very wordy. Eating lots of legumes was pushed, so definitely not low carb. Much better books out there.”

Then again, a different person posted, “Very informative book. Helps me make some better food choices.”

Another commented, “Not bad. However, I believe there is nothing new that most of us haven’t already read about elsewhere.”

Lifestyle Change – “Another Issue”

Some dieters do not like the lifestyle change that goes with Jonny Bowden’s approach to weight-loss. In fact, one person stated, “Not impressed by this book, just another diet book. As with other diet books, it is too difficult to achieve. I was not motivated and did not finish the book.”

But, a different customer said this, “I really like this book and the recipes, but I haven’t lost any weight.”

“Decent book overall. Good information. No Jonny Bowden side effects or diet shakes to worry about. Not disciplined enough to stick with this though,” revealed another.

Our extensive research has shown if there is some particular part of a diet program that is especially bothersome (discouraging user comments, lifestyle change, high cost) the probability of real results for the long term is quite low. Therefore, if Jonny Bowden weight-loss books do in fact cause a lot of negative dieter remarks and reviews, this could be problematic.

The Science – “Any Presented?”

Unfortunately, we did not pinpoint any solid clinical research regarding Jonny Bowden weight-loss books. However, since this fitness and health guru does promote clean eating and regular exercise, you may lose some weight if you follow his diet method. However, you must be able to stick with this lifestyle change for the long haul, which many people cannot.

The Bottom Line – Does Jonny Bowden Work?

So, should you whip out your credit card and order a Jonny Bowden diet book? Well, we like that this fitness and nutrition expert encourages healthy eating and regular exercise. On the other hand, we have some doubts about his books because many customers have said the information is not new or is rehashed. Also, we’re concerned about the lifestyle change involved, because several dieters have stated that it’s too difficult to follow.

If you’d really like to drop more weight, then we suggest you go with a diet program or weight-loss supplement that is supported by solid research, is easy to follow and use anywhere, and is backed by plenty of positive user reviews.

Among the best products we’ve seen in 2016 is one called Leptigen. Its unique formula is a proprietary blend of four potent ingredients, which have been shown in published clinical research to help boost fat loss and ignite metabolism. No extreme lifestyle changes are required and customers all over the web are seeing amazing results.

The makers of Leptigen are so positive about their product they’re offering a Special Trial Offer, which is uncommon.

    Skeptical

Unleash Your Thin: I am/was interested in Dr. Jonny Bowden’s Unleash Your Thin program but am very skeptical since I have searched the internet and found 1 review and 2 others describing what comes in the program. I called the 800 number only to have my call interrupted by a return call from a 910 number. Have you heard of it or reviewed it? Thanks.

I have called twice to see why I haven’t received my order and could only leave my name and email address. I wonder why they won’t talk to me in person.
and if I should contact the BBB.

In Huffpost today you state that low fat diets failed miserably. Did they fail because they did not lower cholesterol, or because they might lower cholesterol but do not cut the risk of strokes and heart attacks?

I absolutely love Dr. Jonny Bowden’s program. However, you have to make a commitment to yourself to watch the DVD’s and read the material which is excellent. It depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for a quick fix then this is not the program for you. If you are looking to make a change in your lifestyle and are committed to improvements in your health and weight, then this is the program for you. I only had 10 lbs. to lose but I was also looking for a healthy eating plan that I could adopt and maintain. The plan is about health not just weight. No gimmicks no pills, just good healthy food and a commitment from you.
