Scivation Quake Review
What You Should Know
Scivation is a straight-to-the -point type of company. Quake was designed to fulfill a need Scivation perceived in the pre-workout shake market. According to the company, there were just too many brands offering formulas created from unknown ingredients and promising support the formula could not possibly deliver. Instead of complaining about the problem, the company chose to create a pre-workout shakes will all the right ingredients and no fillers created in a lab somewhere. The result was Scivation Quake. The company claims this formula is ideal when stacked with Scivation Xtend, a during workout shake. After working out, the company suggests taking Solution 5, a post-workout formula.
List of Ingredients
Muscle Boosters: Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Taurine.
Mental Boosters: Acetyl-L-Carnitine, N-Acetyl-Tyrosine.
Energy Boosters: Citric Acid, Caffeine, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine.
Muscle Protectors: N-Acetyl-Cysteine, Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Alpha Lipoic Acid.
The ingredients in Scivation Quake are not that different from other pre-workout shakes, but we did notice a lack of long, scientific names. This formula is designed with ingredients the bodybuilder is bound to recognize, a nice tough.
Muscle Boosters, the first proprietary blend, is all about the creatine. Scivation includes creatine monohydrate, which is known to cause muscle cramping and water retention. Normally these side effects would be a problem, but bodybuilders know the risk of taking creatine and accept that risk.
Energy Boosters is the next important blend. In this case we are not thrilled that the ingredients are included in a proprietary blend, because we have no idea how much caffeine is in each serving.
Muscle Protectors offer good antioxidant support. This will help prevent the muscle from breaking down during intense workouts and prolonged exercise.
- Scivation does not include scientific names and laboratory ingredients.
- The formula is sound and should support muscle growth and energy.
- All ingredients are listed online.
- We have no idea how much caffeine is included in the supplement.
- The bodybuilder may not like the fact that creatine monohydrate is used instead of creatine ethyl ester.
Dieters will not benefit from taking Scivation Quake, but bodybuilders may notice increased energy and decreased recovery time. We love the fact that Scivation saw a need and filled it with a supplement created from all the right ingredients. We are not fond of 1,3 Dimethylamylamine, however, because it is associated with heart palpitation in some cases. If the bodybuilder wants to take this supplement, it is best to skip other forms of caffeine throughout the day. Taking too much caffeine may increase the risk of negative side effects, including increased heart rate and increased blood pressure.
