The Thinberry Diet is a supplement designed by Rainbow Light. The supplement offers both diet and cleanse support, which likely means the ingredient list is full of laxatives and diuretics. The official Thinberry website does not have an active link to the supplement, though it is advertised on the front page of the website. This could be a temporary problem. We found the ingredient list for the supplement on various other third-party websites.

Product Features

We were amazed by the number of ingredients in the supplement. Thinberry Diet & Cleanse is clearly packed with everything the dieter could possibly want and then some. The first problem we have with the supplement is the age limit. Supposedly this supplement is safe for children over the age of 12. This is untrue. Herbal supplements are not tested on children and some of the ingredients in this supplement could have negative side effects on adults, let alone children.

While most of the ingredients can be found in a green powder supplement, there are a few worth talking about. Cascara sagrada is a stimulant laxative. It should not be used for weight loss and should only be used for a few days if constipation is a problem. Burdock root and yellow dock are diuretics. These fall into the same category with laxatives.

The Thinberry Diet supplement contains just three ingredients. The decaffeinated green coffee bean and green tea are safe enough. There is even 450 mg of green tea per dose – outstanding. However, the artichoke extract is used to promote regularity, which means it is a laxative.

Conclusion
