Cooking has always been a part of Aubrey Walch’s life ever since she was a child in Guam, where she often had to replace meat and seafood-heavy traditional cuisines with alternatives that met her vegan lifestyle. Aubrey, along with her brother Kale, created The Herbivorous Butcher years later to provide natural, ethical and delicious meal and cheese alternatives to vegans.
