Slim Green Reduce Cream Review - Does This Cellulite Reducer Work? Are side effects and lack of results deal breakers?
I’m here to cut through the noise and get you the bottom line on Slim Green Reduce Cream. Our focus turned toward the side effects, ingredients, scientific studies and quality of customer service. Additionally, we examined hundreds of user comments and testimonials. Then, we summarized and refined to give you the info you need.
What is Slim Green Reduce Cream?
To start, Slim Green Reduce Cream is a cellulite reduction product. The ingredients include paraffin oil, stearic acid, hexadecanol, sorbitol, cyclomethicone, triethanolamine, menthol, spirulina, chitosan, sodium chloride, and a proprietary green blend. The directions state to apply generously to thighs, arms, legs, stomach, hips, buttocks, and other areas that need to be slimmed. Supposedly, it’ll burn fat and help you lose weight.
Slim Green Reduce Cream is made by Alfa Vitamins, which was founded in 2000. The product is sold through the official website and some third-party retailers. We like the longevity of the business and that we found some positive customer comments, but read on…
Slim Green Reduce Cream Side Effects– “Concerning?”
The first negative related to Slim Green Reduce Cream side effects. “According to the directions, this is applied directly to the skin,” said our Research Editor. “We found multiple customer reports of adverse reactions to the ingredients.”
“This made my skin burn so bad I had to take a shower and get it off,” reported a customer.
“My skin itched a lot while I was using this. I had to stop after a couple of days,” offered another.
Not everyone experienced reactions from Slim Green Reduce Cream ingredients.
“This made my skin tingle and I think it helped,” stated a consumer.
While another related, “I could feel my legs getting warmer so it must’ve done something.”
Lack of Results – “Any Changes?”
According to Slim Green Reduce Cream reviews, this product didn’t work as claimed. “I saw no results, it might as well have been a moisturizer,” commented a dieter.
“This wasn’t even a good moisturizer it was a total waste of money,” explained another.
We found reviews of Slim Green Reduce Cream offering a different side of the story.
“My skin looked smoother and my clothes seemed to fit better,” said a customer.
Another mentioned, “I didn’t lose any weight but it felt like my jeans were looser.”
According to our research, long-term success is limited when any part of a product is considered problematic, like not producing results. Customers may want to consider an alternative if they don’t see any changes after using Slim Green Reduce Cream.
The Science – “Researched?”
At DietSpotlight we find it concerning when companies make statements and fail to provide supporting scientific evidence. There are no studies on the individual components or on the formula as a whole. There is also no proof that the product will do more than simply moisturize the skin.
The Bottom Line – Does Slim Green Reduce Cream Work?
Is it time to clear the shelves of Slim Green Reduce Cream? Well, we like that we found some favorable customer comments and that it’s reasonably priced, but we’re skeptical about this one because there’s no scientific research connecting the formula to weight-loss. Also, we’re concerned about user reviews talking about negative side effects and lack of results.
If you want to drop those extra pounds, we suggest going with a supplement containing ingredients backed by science, supported by positive customer feedback and not associated with harmful side effects.
Among the best products we’ve seen in 2016 is one called Leptigen. The supplement contains four clinically-tested ingredients, which have been shown to help ignite fat loss and jump-start metabolism. There’s no mention of harmful side effects, but dieters are talking about seeing great results.
The makers of Leptigen are so confident in their supplement, that they’re offering a Special Trial Offer.

What You Should Know about Slim Green Reduce Cream
Slim Green Reduce Cream is a nifty name for a useless product. According to the product description, the user should apply the cream to the skin and then wrap the area in plastic wrap – the same plastic wrap used to wrap food. The cream can be used without the plastic wrap when going to work or out of the house where plastic wrap may not be conducive. Despite the fact that the name implies reduction cream, there are no ingredients listed that would cause slimming – not even caffeine – though there could be some hidden ingredients in the mix.
List of Slim Green Reduce Cream Ingredients
- Purified Water
- Paraffin Oil
- Stearic Acid
- Sodium Chloride
- Green Blend
There are four ingredients in the Slim Green Reduce Cream that could have an effect on skin – menthol, Spirulina, Chitosan and green blend. The remaining ingredients are used to keep these active ingredients suspended or as the base cream.
Menthol is the ingredient behind the skin tingling mentioned in the product description. There is a connection between menthol and reduced cold symptoms, but we found no connection between the ingredient, weight loss or slimming.
Spirulina is commonly added to oral supplements as a lean plant protein, but there are no studies proving any benefit from applying the plant protein to the skin. The same can be said for Chitosan, an extract from shellfish. The extract is commonly used in oral weight loss supplements and a fat blocker. If you are allergic to shellfish you should not use Slim Green Reduce Cream.
The ingredient we are most interested in is the green blend. The term green could apply to plants, but it could also apply to green tea. Green tea can be standardized for caffeine and if Slim Green Reduce Cream contains caffeine it could cause a slimming of the skin where the cream is applied, temporarily. Caffeine dehydrates the spaces between fat cells leaving the skin looking smoother as the fat cells sit closer together. There is no long-term weight loss effect.
Advantages of Slim Green Reduce Cream
- Ingredients are listed online.
- The cream may cause a slimming effect if the formula contains a source of caffeine.
Disadvantages of Slim Green Reduce Cream
- May cause a dangerous allergic reaction if the dieter is allergic to shellfish.
Slim Green Reduce Cream is not an effective slimming cream. Slimming creams are generally nothing more than caffeinated creams that cause surface dehydration. Cellulite is minimized as the water between fat cells is temporarily removed or reduced. The effect will not be permanent.
