This review is what happened after I obsessed for weeks over Josh Bezoni. We checked out his credentials, supplement line, clinical research and customer service. We also dug through hundreds of comments to see what people thought of the products. Then, we condensed it all and gave you the bottom line.
Who is Josh Bezoni?
First off, Josh Bezoni is the creator of the Biotrust supplement line. The nutritionist and self-proclaimed supplement expert started the company in 2012 with Joel Marion. You can find formulas for weight-loss, heart health, meal replacement and more.
In addition to Biotrust Nutrition, Josh Bezoni runs personal and fitness websites. Of course, there are direct links to the supplement line throughout both. We like the large number of products to choose from and he is a nutritionist, but read on…
Unhappy Customers – “Did Josh Miss the Mark?”
The first issue we noticed with Josh Bezoni was that Biotrust Nutrition products didn’t always make customers happy. “No matter your qualifications, if you offer a subpar supplement, the buyer will know,” says our Research Editor.
“Probably won’t buy again because the price is crazy,” one user complained.
A buyer also claimed, “Way too sweet, too much stevia in this brand of protein drinks. Without so much sweetness, it would be a good product.”
For every negative comment, we found a positive one, which makes it difficult to take a side.
“I love Biotrust products and use them all,” shared one customer.
Another fan said, “The company is extremely helpful and has a great guarantee.”
Side Effects – “Does He Know They Are a Problem?”
You always run the risk of side effects when you offer supplements to the consumer. This is true of Josh Bezoni’s Biotrust Nutrition, as well.
One complaint said, “I can’t tell if this helps. But this thing gives me a headache.”
Another review shared, “Did not work at all for me. Seemed to cause gastric upset as well. Cannot recommend.”
As we find in many cases, there are those who experience side effects and those who don’t.
A happy customer said, “It’s great stuff. I feel so much better after taking it for a few months.”
“I think It is doing the job but is gradual so not so noticable,” was another experience.
Over the past years, we’ve found that research links small things, like reports of side effects, to a lesser chance of supplement line success. If Josh Bezoni runs Biotrust Nutrition and there are issues with reactions, that could cut into sales and customer trust.
The Science – “Does Research Support Claims?”
We know there is a quality assurance department and you can return or exchange products for up to one year, but we found nothing about clinical testing. Though we like to see a company produce results that deal directly with a specific supplement, Josh Bezoni could have at least offered general science to back ingredients.
The Bottom Line – Does Josh Bezoni’s Line Work?
Should you trust Josh Bezoni and Biotrust Nutrition? Well, there are some good products in the line, like a low-carb protein and omega fatty acid support, but you can find these from hundreds of companies. We are concerned about the unhappy customers and the lack of clinical testing. It’s also a problem that side effects are an issue for some.
If you’ve reached the point where weight-loss is the only option, we suggest you go with a product line that offers up science to support all claims. It’s also helpful if customers are happy with the company.
Among the best products we’ve seen in 2016 is one called Leptigen. It’s made with four ingredients and all have been clinically tested with results showing they help boost metabolism and fat loss. The company behind the formula offers research to support all claims and reports of side effects are minimal.
Plus, you get a Special Trial Offer because the company is so confident in Leptigen’s formula.
