Vexacore Heat Review
What You Should Know
Vexacore Heat is a strong stimulant fat burner that warns dieters not to take the supplement if they are sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants. We are not as worried about the caffeine as we are about the multiple sources of phenylethylamine. This ingredient is known to cause negative side effects, especially if the dieter is prone to mental illness or is taking a prescription medication for depression or other mental condition. The warning goes on to state that dieters with known health issues, including heart problems and high blood pressure should not take this supplement. Vexacore Heat is designed for dieters 21 years and older. None of the ingredients have been tested on younger dieters.

Some of the ingredients in Vexacore Heat are listed with long scientific names, but these are not the ingredients the dieter needs to worry about. The main ingredients that cause concern are the Phen ingredients and the stimulants.
The Phen ingredients all effect mood. There have been reports of some dieters taking phenylethylamine and experiencing hallucinations and hyper-good moods. This means the ingredient affects the brain and should not be taken by dieters with a history of mental illness.
The stimulant ingredients in the formula include black tea and synephrine HCL. Black tea is a source of caffeine (150 mg per capsule). Synephrine is another stimulant commonly referred to as the cousin of ephedra. While the stimulant ingredients are not uncommon, the total recommended dose is much more than the average dieter needs to take at one time. According to the description, some dieters can take as many as three capsules at one time. That equates to 450 mg of caffeine.
- Ingredients are listed in label format.
- May increase metabolism and weight loss.
- Too much caffeine per capsule, let alone per maximum dose.
- Contains multiple stimulants.
- Contains mood altering phenylethylamine.
We are concerned that the average dieter could end up in the hospital after taking the maximum dose of Vexacore Heat. This product will not cause physical heat to melt fat, as the product description claims, but it will speed the heart up to a point that is unnatural and unsafe for most dieters. Typically, the average cup of coffee contains about 75 mg of caffeine so taking the maximum dose of this supplement is the same as consuming 6 cups of coffee at the same time.
