Slender Wonder has been around since at least 2014 in South Africa. The official website provides a “find a doctor” tool. There are also some before and after photos posted on the website, but this is what the research says about the kind of weight-loss tools offered by Slender Wonder:
- Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics: Some animal studies show certain herbs to have “detox” effects, but little research shows their benefit for weight loss.
- International Journal of Preventative Medicine: Calorie “shifting” has been found to be more effective than calorie restricting and lead to more weight loss.

Slender Wonder Injections – “Concerned?”

I think that each person is different and needs to find a healthy eating plan that works for them. But if you are looking for a quick fix you are probably just going to stay fat. All healthy eating plans require work, dedication and commitment, I have done slender wonder and lost 25 kgs, It took me 4 months. I feel lighter, healthier, blood pressure normal, loads of energy etc. During the diet I did not feel all these benefits until the 2nd month as my body had to adjust. After I stopped the strict section of the diet I went onto maintenance – my appetite had dramatically reduced so I don’t feel like eating the larger meals as I had done before. You likely didnt stabilize or follow the maintenance plan that is included in the diet manual. Without doing so, and returning to “normal” eating habits, the weight will come back. Slender wonder isnt a cure, it is a program assist with lifestyle changes which are required to maintain a healthy weight.
I would suggest returning to the program, lose the weight and see the program through to the end (including the year of maintenance).
