Who Makes Kachava?

Ka’Chava makes the Kachava shake. Simon Malone founded the company in 2014. He had wished for a product that would offer him essential nutrients straight away a few years earlier as he traveled across Thailand. He created this product after that experience, as he couldn’t find one in the market while in Thailand.

Kachava contributes to society beyond its products, according to the official website. For example, the company has saved over 29,635 acres of rainforest with The Rainforest Trust since 2017 through its environmental conservation efforts.

Kachava Customer Service and the Better Business Bureau (BBB)

One can reach Kachava’s customer service via email at support@kachava.com. You may also call them on 1 855-668-7574 or mail your issues to 11500 South Eastern Avenue, #150 Henderson, NV 89052 USA.

There appear to be some issues with Kachava customer service. On the BBB’s page for Tribal Nutrition, there no complaints against Kachava. Based on 13 reviews, the company’s current customer rating is 1.31/5 stars. They’ve earned an “F” rating for failing to respond to customer complaints.

Claims

Kachava Claims A Lot, But We’re Finding the Facts

Kachava Claims

Kachava makes various claims about its product:

100% Plant-Based Protein

This claim is true. Kachava may be appropriate for people following a vegan diet or living a plant-based lifestyle.

All Your Essentials in One

This claim may be subjective, as there is no one-size-fits-all with nutrition. People have varying nutritional needs. However, Kachava nutrition label has all essential macronutrients: carbs, fat, and protein. It also has critical micronutrients, such as minerals and vitamins.

Vegan

While Kachava nutrition label has no vegan certification, Ka’Chava claims their Kachava shake is vegan-friendly. This claim is true based on the Kachava ingredients.

Keeps Users Full for Hours

The 24 grams of protein and 9 grams of dietary fiber support satiety, and they may enable the Kachava shake to inhibit hunger until users get their next meal.

Clean and Pure

Many people look for “clean” and “pure” supplements or diets. Unfortunately, it is not known if Kachava fits this bill, as the claims by most manufacturers are subjective and not regulated nutrition assertions.

We may agree if the company means the shake primarily has organic, nutrient-dense, and plant-based ingredients.

Super-Fruits and Super-Greens

Kachava has many fruits and greens. However, nothing makes them “super” than other veggies and fruits from a healthy diet.

Adaptogens

This shake has adaptogens, such as roots, mushrooms, and mycelia. Some holistic medicine practitioners and herbalists claim adaptogens can restore one’s body balance. However, more peer-reviewed studies are essential to prove this benefit.

Reddit Reviews

Kachava Reddit Reviews

Over 52 million people around the world use Reddit every day. On average users spend nearly 10 1/2 minutes for each visit. We decided to check out Kachava subreddits and comments to find out what users had to say.

Our research turned up Kachava Reddit reviews on both sides of the argument. Even though some users loved it, others weren’t sold on the results. A bunch of people had concerns about the taste and texture of the drink. More than a few people thought it was a little too sweet and thick.

What Users Are Saying

What Users Are Saying

“I really like this drink it is a meal in a drink. But I also think it is expensive. I had it twice. Chocolate it’s very good. Not sure if 15 servings is enough to justify the cost.”

“Could not drink had horrible taste and texture, worthless.”

“I was skeptical but decided to try it anyway. The first thing I noticed is that one hour later, I was hungry. This does NOT fill you up as claimed. My usual shake with Nature’s Own Spiru-tein mixed with plant-based milk, veggies, and fruit keeps me full for hours. On the bright side, the taste was pleasant and not too sweet. But the price is ridiculous — it doesn’t work as a meal replacement and is not worth $5 a serving.”

Bottom Line

Bottom Line on Kachava Results

Kachava may be an appropriate plant-based shake for individuals who are looking to boost their nutritional profile. Through a mix of more than 70 superfoods, the supplement claims to help support the body and mind, and there is some research showing that these kinds of ingredients can be beneficial to health. However, there isn’t much evidence showing this kind of product can help users lose weight.

Although a superfood supplement may be a good addition to the diet, losing weight usually requires more – which is why so many people have given rave reviews to the clinically-researched Noom program.

After years of research, Noom was developed to help individuals create better health habits and become healthier, naturally leading to weight loss. This weight-loss program offers custom meal plans, health coaching sessions, color-coded food logging, health tracking tools, and more. • Fountain of youth

I mix 1 scoop chocolate flavor with coconut water and little regular milk. I throw in usually some pineapple or sometimes apple into blender. I then pour over ice and drink most of the morning. This product contains many good things! It lasts more than 15 servings using 1 scoop and sometimes skipping a day or two. The ingredients alone are worth the 60 dollars for this supply. I personally am benefiting greatly from using this product. I am more alert energetic upbeat full eat less and happy knowing I’m doing good for this temple the lord says to take care of. I don’t normally eat junk food but occasionally I’ll grab the wrong thing. This prevents me from doing that. I just don’t even think about junk food. Well I love it it has become a staple for me. Btw I’m 75 and feel like it’s the fountain of youth.

Love this product. It’s my go to breakfast or post workout fuel. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk in a blender. Keeps me full all morning. No issues at all with diarrhea as others have reported. It’s also not a magical elixir so don’t think you world is going to change when you use it. Come on people, everything in moderation.

I have used this product for several months.I am very happy with everything about it. I drink it am and pm but have a snack mid-morning as I get hungry. However, I only use 1 heaping scoop. I mix it with very cold water and three ice cubes. I use the chocolate mixture in the morning and the vanilla mixture n the evening. It is very gentle on my system.

My first time trying a protein meal replacement. Did a lot of research looking for pre- and probiotics and adaptogens; Ka’chava was one of 2 that I found. Got the Chai flavored bag. First impression: too sweet; so started off using only one scoop. After about a week, got up to the recommended 2 scoops.
The powder mixed fine w/cold almond milk and ice in my blender. It was filling, a great meal replacement. But, haven’t felt any change in energy, sleep pattern, thought process or mood. Due to this, I’m not purchasing another bag. Another factor: the cost! $73 with shipping and tax for 15 servings.

Guar Gum is another version of Carageen, which is carcinogenic. Why is so hard to find a protien shake that does not contan this substance??
I have searched and searched all over and haven’t found “one” protein shake that’s actually natural, so I wish they’d stop advertising themselves as such.

Kachava is not honest. More like a white lie as the industry calls it. It has Xanthan Gum which can be called natural. Your body does not recognize it and so it cannot digest it. Causing you to get diarrhea and therefore losing weight. So all the money you are spending on the nutrients goes down the toilet. Literally! Look at the label all the way to the bottom. The flavor is great but so is an oreo cookies. I returned my package for a refund.

    Yvette Cruz (Verified Purchase)

This is not a pure ingredient. Read the bottom where is says other ingredients. It has Xanthan Gum which your body does not recognize it and slows down your metabolism. Causing the runs. It is also a filler which they claim not to have. Why can they not get vegan certified. Is it because the natural flavors which can be a beavis anal gland used to flavor vanilla ice cream. I called and they were not able to answer me so I am returning the product. I have to pay for shipping so for $80 it is a NO BUENO

    Reply
  • Yvette Cruz (Verified Purchase)

It has Xanthan Gum. It thickens the product which I believe is a filler. This slows down the body because it does not recognize and you body cannot digest it. Why is it not certified Vegan but they can put it on their packaging. It say on the bottom other natural flavors. What is that because we know that beavis anal glands can technically be call natural flavors and it this why they cannot be certified as vegan. Flavor is great but for this price is want pure ingredients and VEGAN. I contacted them and they were not able to answer my question. So I am returning it.
