Norvaline (100mg)

Also called L-Norvaline, this is an amino acid and isomer, PubChem says. It helps by elevating the body’s nitric oxide production, which in turn improves blood flow to muscles and may help with muscle pumps and more intense workouts. It may also help boost strength, stamina, and endurance levels.

Caffeine Anhydrous (165mg)

A dry or powder form of caffeine that is often more potent than regular caffeine, Livestrong states. It is a stimulant that impacts the central nervous system, and elevates energy levels, improves focus/concentration, reduces fatigue and may help increase exercise performance, according to the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. It is commonly found in fitness supplements and over-the-counter diet products. Dr. Anthony Dugarte claims, “Caffeinated beverages are commonplace in today’s world. Adding another stimulant to your day can be harmful. Seek advice from a physician prior to initiating these types of products.”

Theobromine (50mg)

A xanthine alkaloid that is taken from the cacao plant. Therefore it is commonly found in chocolate and cocoa. Similar to caffeine, it has stimulant effects, so it impacts the central nervous system. An amino acid and a building block of protein that is often found in energy drinks and various fitness supplements. You can also get it from foods such as chicken, shellfish, turkey, and certain dairy products. Some research in Experimental & Clinical Cardiology has revealed that it may help improve cardiovascular health.

DiCaffeine Malate (50mg)

A combination of malic acid and caffeine, which has stimulant properties, and may help boost focus, metabolism and energy levels.

Alpha-GPC (150mg)

Also called alpha-glycerophosphocholine, this is a chemical compound that is often used in nootropics and brain supplements, according to the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Some research has shown that it may help increase acetylcholine, which is a chemical in the brain. This may help enhance cognitive function and memory.

Rhodiola Rosea Root (50mg)

A flowering herb that is native to high-altitude, cold regions in Asia and Europe. It has been used over the years as a traditional medicine for headaches, and fatigue. Research has suggested that it may help reduce stress levels. Also, some studies have revealed that it may help reduce both mental and physical fatigue, states BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine.

I have been using Ghost Legend Blue Raspberry pre work out on and off for about a year. I only stopped taking it because I decided to take a break from working out to focus on my career. I love the focus and dedication that comes with it. I do have a few side effects like, sweating a little more than usual and my stomach growling a lot more- my metabolism definitely speeds up but my appetite doesn’t grow. Love the flavor, haven’t been wanting to switch to anything different.
